On record, meaning verifiable records extending only a hundred years or less.

These people are awfully arrogant to think that all of human history only happened yesterday.

“On record, meaning verifiable records extending only a hundred years or less.”

They are completely hiding the ice core records that go back hundreds of thousands of years.

Rhine Valley, Germany...from late Apr to 1st week of July...absolute drought, 1 x short shower, temp near 80 to 85 daily.

2nd week of July to today? Coolest temperatures ever (I’m saying over 50 years). At night around 48 to 55, daytime from 60 to 70. Showers daily (my dead grass has come back to life). People wearing October gear...flip flops gone....public pools open but no customers.

Was just in a “discussion” on Twitter yesterday on this very subject - The climate change nazis have been talking “historic” and “all-time” - until you point to 1934... then they redefine to say that “they only started keeping official temperature records in 1979”... Which is bunk. But even then - 1980 was, for nearly all the USA - a record-breaking summer (and for us in over half of Arkansas - 2000 was the hottest due to 40 days of 100+ temps (only year ever recorded with that many).

They ignore the dramatic increases in solar activity that consistently raise temps. They ignore the geologic record that definitively proves much. more extreme swings in both local and global temps long before humanity had the numbers to even make a footprint on the environment.

Facts no longer matter - and we have had the double-proof shown to the world the last couple of decades - and many are just plain too lazy or stupid to pay attention...

Global cooling/ice age... oh, we mean manmade global warming... errr... uh Manmade Climate Change... uh - Climate Crisis - poor people blah blah blah... meanwhile, we enjoy yet another day here in normally scorching Arkansas with temperatures still in the 70’s at 10AM (normal would be high 80’s+ by 10AM).

As anticipated in a C3S press release on 27 July, C3S data now confirm that July 2023 has been the hottest July and hottest month in the ERA5 data record, which goes back to 1940

Only 83, but which is not what people read in their headlines - esp. on "Smartphones:"
