After CPR and other lifesaving efforts inside a basement entrance to the U.S. Capitol failed, Jan. 6 protester Rosanne M. Boyland was moved up one level to the Crypt, where DC Fire and EMS Department paramedics continued resuscitation efforts for another 40 minutes, new security video shows.
Previously unreleased Capitol Police closed-circuit-television footage obtained by The Epoch Times adds crucial new details to the tragic story of Ms. Boyland, 34, of Kennesaw, Georgia, who died after collapsing outside the Lower West Terrace tunnel on Jan. 6, 2021.
The security video deflates claims made in the initial Capitol Police report that Ms. Boyland simply collapsed in the Capitol Rotunda at 5 p.m. on Jan. 6, and that the officer who observed her “wandering around the Rotunda” immediately began cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Nothing that the Metropolitan Police Department relayed to Ms. Boyland’s family from the Jan. 7 report turned out to be true, except that she was dead. As the security video conclusively shows, Ms. Boyland did not collapse in the Rotunda and paramedics did not find her there receiving CPR from two unnamed Capitol Police officers.

Do we know anything about J6?
It happened on Jan 6th. Everything else is questionable.
I back the blue about as much as I back the FBI.
Because she could.
Hmm mm, how do they maintain a civil society in your county?
Don't know if they were hit by exploding rounds.
It was a ‘staged event’
‘Organized by Feds.’
‘Probably pipe bombed by Feds’
‘Planned videos of the staged events by Nancy Pelosi”
‘Left inadequately covered by police by Nancy Pelosi’
‘Capital Police fired into the protest crowd, who remained in the protest area’
‘Antifa was bussed in and participated’
‘Veteran probably illegally murdered by capital police that wanted to kill white people’
So, if it was a setup, the question is why. The answer is that the disruption served as an impetus to prevent investigation of the 2020 election and the illegal interference. It was about protecting the voter fraud, the government involvement, the the actual coup against the American people. That kind of organization has purpose.
I thought I did ... but ... now I'm not so sure
I see why it's so important to keep the videos from the pubic.
Looks like the narrative just sort of falls apart.
Shooting pepper balls in to a crowd in the tunnel was an act of violence intended to cause injury and escalate the situation. Hitting a downed woman with a stick .... what can I say ?
Somebody needs to be releasing ALL the video. May God have mercy on the people of the US ... our government has gone full tilt commie and bat $h!t crazy.
There were a few YT videos at the time showing her being trampled by wild-eyed Antifa types rushing a building behind her, as I recall. The videos are likely long gone now.
“Backing the blue” is counter intuitive when you live in a police state.
You seriously think the police can be credited with maintaining what little we have of a “civil society” in this country? They can not.
A moral populace and shared values underpin a civil society. Not a police state. While law enforcement is ineffectual (at best) in stopping *real* crime in our cities, that doesn’t negate the fact that we still live in a police state. One does not exclude the other.
This
“Deflates” claims?! They should have said the video “proves the police were lying about multiple things.”
Only cops died on J6. This is disinformation. /crazed liberal impression
“It does nothing, however, to explain why MPD Officer Lila Morris beat the unconscious Ms. Boyland with a walking stick while she lay prone and defenseless on the sidewalk.”
And the media, curiously enough, has no questions regarding Officer Morris’ actions.
Wrong skin color? Wrong political beliefs? Strange isn’t it?
To slightly paraphrase a quote by H. G. Wells:
...and it comes across my mind that they are but the ghosts of the past, haunting the streets that I have seen silent and wretched, going to and fro, phantasms in a dead city, the mockery of life civil society in a galvanized body.
“There were a few YT videos at the time showing her being trampled by wild-eyed Antifa types rushing a building behind her, as I recall. The videos are likely long gone now.”
I remember those videos well. Of Boyland being beaten and other such things by Capitol Police officers. Hubby and I had two or three live streaming videos going at the time. Within a day or two, they had all disappeared and if you had bookmarked them and returned to that site, you received a message “video no longer available”.
“It does nothing, however, to explain why MPD Officer Lila Morris beat the unconscious Ms. Boyland with a walking stick while she lay prone and defenseless on the sidewalk.”
A police officers’ job is hard, but this in inexcusable. You simply do not beat the crap out of a woman who is down, especially when the woman, Ms. Boyland, had not been violent. Police officers should control their emotions. That was not the case here.
“Ms. Boyland traveled to Washington to attend President Donald Trump’s Jan. 6 speech at the Ellipse. ... She was the last of four of Mr. Trump’s supporters to die at the Capitol on Jan. 6.”
I believe one police officer died. Protesters were blamed for that, but the medical examiner concluded that death was due to natural causes.
The death toll suggests that the protesters were the victims.
Protestors were infiltrated by government law enforcement and their surrogates. I think that some of the apparent violence from protestors was actually from law enforcement and their surrogates. It was staged.

Which is why we need a national dis/mis-information czar with a fully-funded department of federal employees. For THEY could probably tell us what and what not to believe in regards to what we read on the inner-webs.
I suspect someone such as Mitt Romney or Lisa Murkowski would be happy to team up with Elizabeth Warren and the ever-alert and aware Diane Feinstein to propose such a national bureau. They could be under the direction of the State Department. Taylor Lorenz from the WaPo would be ideal as the Director.
Yes, I know something such as that was attempted before, but their messaging was all wrong. They need to emphasis that it would be GOOD for us to be told what to think. Think of the pressure-relief it would provide. Think of the children for once!
