Allen Dulles was the younger brother of John Foster Dulles, the Sec. of State for Dwight Eisenhower and the origin of the name Dulles International Airport.
Allen Dulles was CIA Director and was fired by John F. Kennedy. Some theories name him as one of the hidden conspirators of the JFK assassination, revenge by Dulles for being “dissed.”
The wise American Government allowed Dulles to be one of the rulers who decided on the assassination’s guilty elements in the Warren Commission. Dulles had been in charge of the once secret Project MKUltra mind control experimental program which included brainwashing the “Unabomber” Ted Kaczynski.
Well, he sure has given Joe a lot of advice!

The CIA wants a physical seat at the table because they’re worried about what Joe might say or do in his dementia, at a Cabinet meeting.
They probably have him covered at public events already.
With someone like Joe, the CIA almost certainly has taken the precaution of putting a waiting assassin in his protective detail for public events. The assassin is waiting for a special signal which would be sent if Joe goes wildly off-script and starts spilling certain information on a hot mic.
The CIA has techniques for “programming” high-functioning people to sacrifice themselves for a mission. Oswald and Ruby are two high-profile examples.
Even if the assassin failed and was intercepted by other agents, he would still succeed in the main mission, by making Joe stop talking.

My first reaction to Burn’s appointment is to ask: What’s wrong with him? What’s the catch? Some diversity box somewhere has just been checked.
