Barr: Trump Engaged in Outrageous Acts of ‘Obstruction and Deception’
Breitbart ^ | 06/15/2023 | Pam Key

Former Attorney General Bill Barr said Wednesday on FNC’s “Special Report” that former President Donald Trump engaged in outrageous acts of “obstruction and deception” with classified information that led to federal charges.

On Fox News, Mark Levin said, “It’s called the Presidential Records Act because he is the executive branch. He’s the executive branch. So he doesn’t have to rely on some subordinate. Here are the regulations. This is the way you do it, Mr. President. His power comes from the Constitution. He is a third branch of government. Him. He alone. Everything else flows from him.”

Anchor Bret Baier said, “You listen to Mark there, and he is saying that these Presidential Records Act covers what they’re seeing here. How do you see that?”

Will Barr go on Mark Levin’s show to debate this or will he just continue to appear with the likes of Bret Baier and CNN?

Even Barr’s strongest supporters should find it disturbing for a former AG to be making public statements like this. With each passing day we are learning more and more about evidence of Biden family corruption that had already been gathered before Barr even showed up in the AG’s office — which leads to the obvious question: What the hell was HE doing about criminal misconduct among former U.S. officials like Biden?

I love these media-government industrial complex hit jobs. They manufacture a false narrative and then execute a media full court press to drive an emotion laden false narrative to gin up false public outrage to support their political hit job. It takes a year or so for the dust to settle enough for the public to learn just how badly they have been scammed and defrauded. Unfortunately, by then it’s far too late and the damage has been done. Can anyone answer- even if all of this is true(which it is not) , what damage was done to national security? The answer of course, is absolutely no damage at all. it’s all just false manufactured process crimes

“ARTICLE I SECTION 2....The President...may require the opinion, in writing,of the principal officer in each of the executive departments, upon any subject relating to the duties of their respective offices”

Why might that have been put into the Constitution?

Would it not follow that a President might need and wish to retain at least some of those writings after leaving office?

I think that comes across as one of the most clearly stated rhetorical questions I have heard in a very long time.

I did not hear any substantive legal argument for dismissal of the Presidential Records Act, as a Trump defense?

All I hear is blanket eye-rolling, and suggestions Trump should have returned the documents.

BULL! That's what got him into trouble in the first place was returning documents, several marked classified, which DOJ used as evidence to rationalize the raid!

You cannot obstruct if there is no underlying crime. The Presidential Records Act is not a criminal statute and the Espionage Act does not cover the President or ex President…….how do I know this, because from 1917 to the passage of the PRA in 1978, no ex President has ever been charged under the Espionage Act even though they had National Defense Information in their possession.

.
His Delaware US Atty has engaged in Obstruction and Conspiracy - and still is -by design.

This is that Pious outrage, but ask about Biden or Hillary - and the entire tone changes like you asked him where he was when his wife was murdered.

The good news in 2023 is that a staggering number of Americans have come to accept that the country’s political leadership and mainstream media are full of sh!t.

This is a big reason why Trump’s poll numbers go UP every time he’s indicted.

It is VERY disappointing to see Barr being willfully blind about the partisan justice system. Shameful.

I watched a Rachel Maddow clip on one of our people’s shows where she sneered and used “felony, felony, felony” and “indictment, indictment” and “criminal, criminal,” with her ugly face in full snark and snarl.

This Barr guy is a bad one. Same words as wretched Rachel.

Who needs a trial when a “distinguished” former AG proclaims the guilt of Donald Trump in the latest witch hunt? Evidently Barr is in full possession of all of the facts of the case, so a presumption of guilt is warranted.
