Former Attorney General Bill Barr said Wednesday on FNC’s “Special Report” that former President Donald Trump engaged in outrageous acts of “obstruction and deception” with classified information that led to federal charges.
On Fox News, Mark Levin said, “It’s called the Presidential Records Act because he is the executive branch. He’s the executive branch. So he doesn’t have to rely on some subordinate. Here are the regulations. This is the way you do it, Mr. President. His power comes from the Constitution. He is a third branch of government. Him. He alone. Everything else flows from him.”
Anchor Bret Baier said, “You listen to Mark there, and he is saying that these Presidential Records Act covers what they’re seeing here. How do you see that?”

Our memory is longer than they think.
Obstruction case?
I was under the impression that it was an espionage case?
It is routine for prosecutors to toss in lesser charges if there’s a chance the big ones don’t stick. Try to get him on something, anything so we don’t look like fools.
YA right ...and Barr totally failed the American people by covering up for the felony Biden family the same way the DOJ(sic) and FBI has done in the past 6 years!! .... imho
Obstruction- thats what Barr allowed to happen prior to the 2020 election- obstruction of the truth when it came to the biden crime consortium
I'll be able to persuade dozens of friends to "forget" to vote for Republicans for the rest of their lives.
"Oh, man - the 'election' was yesterday? Guess I forgot to vote, again."
Barr and Pompeo sure are worried that a President Trump will order the release of CIA and FBI files, which have been hidden from public scrutiny.
This seditionist POS was the one absolutely vital cog in the coup machinery. Without his felonious coverups the coup would have never happened and Constitution would not be in tatters. May Barr burn in hell.
And Barr waived away the Russian dossier, Hillary’s email server, Biden’s blackmail…
Get bent - if anything Barr should be up on charges of gross negligence and dereliction of duty and aiding and abetting crimes.
Poor little man, his cowardice made him fail his one chance to be of value. Instead he cringed and fell into a fetal position.
Barr engaged in outrageous acts of obstruction and deception.
Is more like it a leaker a rat and a mole Rino he took the Marxists bait in one big gulp.
He will never have a job of worth in D.C. again.
Billy Boy. Don’t you have something to do? Mow the yard or clean the pool? You need to give your big mouth a rest, Lardass. How ‘bout trying to learn to play In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida, the long version, on your bagpipes?
Ater Trump is reelected I have some advise for Barr. Hide
if true (its not) it happened under his watch. so what does that make him?
Bill Barr is nothing more than a deep state useful idiot.

What just happened was always going to happen – its been inevitable since February 16, 2016.
That’s the day Donald Trump made a blood enemy of the largest and most powerful organization in human history – which would be our federal government…
Tucker on Twitter Ep. 3: “America’s principles are at stake”
Tucker Carlson claimed on Tuesday night that Donald Trump was indicted because he dared to challenge the U.S. military industry, and question America’s role in international conflicts.
He declared that the elite in Washington, D.C., decided to ‘take Trump out’ because he rejected involvement in foreign wars, and accused the intelligence community of lying about Iraq having weapons of mass destruction.
‘It’s been inevitable since February 16, 2016,’ said Carlson, referencing a Republican primary debate held in Greenville, South Carolina.
‘That’s the day Donald Trump made a blood enemy of the largest and most powerful organization in human history, which would be the federal Government.’
Carlson said Trump was ‘doomed’ when he condemned the Iraq invasion, and told the South Carolina audience: ‘They lied. They knew there were no weapons of mass destruction.’
Carlson added: ‘Seven and a half years later, we can point to the precise moment that permanent Washington decided to send Donald Trump to prison.’
The former Fox News host made the claims in the third episode of his social media news cast, Tucker On Twitter, which has replaced his former prime time show.
One issue that keeps being ignored it that Trump had the ability to declassify any document he chose. Under that situation the only refuge Barr has is the claim that Trump was declassifying and revealing highly damaging information that was very sensitive. I have heard him claim this.
But here is the rub: how does Barr know the nature of the document contents unless: 1) they actually were declassified, 2) he broke the law himself, or 3) he is spewing hear-say information?
I don’t know what Barr has to gain by piling on with the left, but I don’t trust him as far as I can throw him.
Quaestions for Mr. Barr: Has the DoJ and/or FBI ever engaged in outrageous acts of deception, obstruction, illegal searches, illegal use of FISA powers, selective prosecution, political targeting, etc.? How about specifically in relation to Donald Trump, his Presidential campaign, his Presidency?
How do those abuses of power compare with Trump’s attempts to retain information that he has a legal right to?
