Watch How Much Ron DeSantis Has Copied Donald Trump
(Excerpt) Read more at 710wor.iheart.com ...
Again, why would we ever settle for Trump imposters?
Wont happen, under any circumstances. He has no chance. Zip. He could outspend Trump double and it won’t help him.
As someone else noted, DeSantis has the difficult task ahead of simultaneously distancing himself from, and being just like Donald Trump.
Before his veil began to slip, I said that the only way DeSantis could get into the corner office was to be Trump’s VP. His impatience is assurimg that he will not meet his objective. He blew it.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBpmRpwPBnE and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IVwOR0gaSvE from 10 years ago when he was running for Congress and then on a Congressional committee. A lot of people talk with their hands, and he’s one of them. Italians are famous for doing so, and it’s not unusual for descendants of Italian immigrants to keep this characteristic going.
There are several more videos from when he was confronting Holder, Wray, Lynch and Strzok.
I won’t say never, but I was a lot more pro DeSantis six
months ago than I am today.
He has no idea what an avalanche of abuse would come his
direction if he were even able to eclipse Trump.
The never Trumper’s think they have a replacement Trump in Ron. Guess what Ron? There will NEVER be a replacement for Trump.
It’s the same party platform...
Trump will destroy DeRino in any debate.
Your opinion is well thought out and I think it’s spot on.
I was big on DeSantis being Trump’s veep. It would have been a killer ticket. Not so much now.
I was a lot more pro-DeSantis six months ago than I am today, too. I was a lot more pro-Trump six months ago than I am today, too.
Mark Simone needs to turn in his Italian card. Talking with your hands is quintessentially Italian. DeSantis regrettably hasn’t kicked the habit despite his Ivy League experience. What’s likely is that as a student who had to pay his own way, he never had the time to hang out with the Richie Rich’s on account of having to work through college.
Still, politically-speaking, those mannerisms aren’t a bad thing. Silver spooner Trump has to fake working class mannerisms, DeSantis is working class. Unlike Trump, no pretense involved there. Having a dad who installed Nielsen boxes for the TV ratings company is the definition of working class.
Because if Trump didn't have honesty and integrity, he would have actually been convicted of a real crime he did himself already, and not continue to have fake ones the left creates thrown at him in attempts to convict him on.
And if people here watch carefully, they'll see that many of the more vocal desantis supporters constantly lack honesty and integrity too....
Maybe that's why they like desantis so much.
Seems like sacrificial RINOs are well compensated for their attempts to keep the Uniparty intact.
Look at Rat Romney, Judas Pence, Paul Ryan, Chrispie Donut. These guys never have to worry about a paycheck again.
The lying Pence got a 7-figure book deal with Simon and Huckster after snuggling up to Schumer and Nancy Pelosi on January 6th. What a Benedict Arnold he turned out to be.
You call a guy who went to Yale and Harvard a “working class” guy? The only actual job DeSantis held was school teacher for a short time. The rest of the time he’s been a JAG Corp lawyer and a politician.
Trump’s strong support from working class Americans is the reason he was successful in 2016. Think about it.
I used to like Ron DeSantis, but his run for the 2024 nomination against Trump is making him look weak and small.
Why do we need this guy anyway? Is he somehow better than Trump? A better leader or more charisma? I don’t think so.
So I ask myself - Is he running for the good of the country or for the good of Ron DeSantis?
I hope (and expect) that Trump is going to chew him up this year and destroy his brand for 2024 and for 2028.
He worked as an electrician’s assistant and a summer camp baseball coach while going to college and then as a history teacher after he graduated and before joining the Navy. How is he not from a working-class background? You don’t lose your background just because you went to an Ivy League school.
