Trump appeals order for Pence to testify in special counsel Jan. 6 probe

Attorneys for former President Donald Trump are trying to block ex-Vice President Mike Pence from testifying in a special counsel investigation of Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election, NBC News reported Monday.

The latest move in the sealed court proceedings came less than a week after Pence said he would not fight a judge’s order for his testimony before the federal grand jury involved in the probe.

Trump’s legal team has appealed that order from U.S. District Judge James Boasberg in Washington, D.C., NBC reported, citing a source familiar with the litigation. The notice to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit is currently under seal.

Trump is the only President or former President who has consistently been denied Executive Privilege for his advisors, Cabinet members, and VP. Watch as in the future they reverse every decision now made while ruling the exact opposite for Biden. The "Trump exception" to all laws and regulations is truly a thing.

Pence has long been disloyal, disrespectful towards President Trump and is now disobedient.

He isn’t allowed to have attorney-client privilege either as all of his lawyers have been dragged in and forced to testify.

Pence has long been disloyal, disrespectful towards President Trump and is now disobedient.

I could sense his covetous character as the election was wrapping up in 2016. I could tell he wanted Trump to be knocked off, or knocked out of the 2020 election so he could get his chance at the Office. Slimy while trying to act the part of a "conservative Christian."

Pence is turning out to be like Romney. I now wonder if all the WH leaks came from Pence.

Yes, and to me that seemed a rather major violation of the
attorney client privilege.

Presupposition was in place to gauge Trump such a troubled
character than it blue away his rights.

That should get some judge demerits activated.

Yes. I did an “abuse” report on the title. I think my “copy” caught the last two letters of the word “Politics” and pasted it along with the title and I didn’t notice it. Hopefully, the mods will correct it soon.

I’m not sure. I thought it was.

In other news, as we suspected, it appears that Biden was involved with the Mar a Lago raid. Biden is one evil and vindictive son-of-a-*****.

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2023/04/10/report-joe-bidens-white-house-involved-in-raid-on-donald-trumps-mar-a-lago-residence/

“President Joe Biden’s administration was involved in the raid of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence through a “special access request,” according to documents obtained from the National Archives by America First Legal.”

While Pence rolls over we once again have Trump as the only one willing to do what is right.

Not just Pense, Trump has had a lot of disloyals working for him in the WH. In fact, it’s easier to count those who stuck by him than it would to count those who turned on him.

The real question is, who hired those people?

“The real question is, who hired those people?”

In the early days, when Trump was scrambling to staff the executive branch, it was reported Jared Kushner and his wife Ivanka were highly involved in advising Trump on hiring decisions. Mike Pence as well.

While campaigning in 2016 Trump frequently bragged about all of the great business people he knew would staff his administration and come with him to Washington to drain the swamp. Either candidate Trump was making noise or those he invited turned him down. Wilbur Ross, Trump’s Secretary of Commerce, is the only Trump cabinet head who had a strong business relationship with Trump before the election.

The most prominent business executive Trump hired for his administration was Rex Tillerson, Exxon CEO, for Secretary of State. Tillerson was recommended to the administration by George Bush’s Secretary Condoleeza Rice in November 2016, after Trump was elected. Trump did not know Tillerson until he interviewed Tillerson for the job. Tillerson was fired by Trump after only 423 days in office. Reports at the time indicated Tillerson learned he had been fired by reading a Trump tweet announcing he was out. Tillerson was replaced by CIA director, and Washington insider, Mike Pompeo.
