A New York judge on Friday authorized DA Alvin Bragg to make the Trump indictment public.
“A judge has authorized the Manhattan district attorney to disclose to the public that the grand jury has returned an indictment in the case of former President Donald Trump, according to a court document.” Reuters reported.
Trump has been accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.
The payments made to Stormy Daniels did NOT come from Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.
A Manhattan Grand Jury voted to indict President Trump anyway.
The indictment is currently under seal, however, according to a leak to CNN, President Trump was hit with 34 counts related to business fraud.
It is unclear when Alvin Bragg will make the indictment public, according to Reuters.
Trump is expected to be arraigned on Tuesday at 2:15 PM ET in New York City on the trumped up charges.
Trump will not take a plea deal in the Stormy Daniels ‘hush payment’ case, according to the former president’s lawyer, Joe Tacopina.

So, why did they need a judge to make it public? Bragg’s office seems to be doing that on his own very well.
True. In Cohen's plea deal, the DOJ specifically identified that Cohen was paid (reimbursed) from the Trump Trust, via Allen Weisselberg (Executive 1) at the Trump Foundation (the Company). It was posted as "Legal Expenses" which seems a pretty accurate description for the settlement of a law suit. Cohen's loan fraud and shell corporations were pretty sketchy, but that was apparently his idea and actions. DOJ saw no path path to indict Trump.
Soon we should see the actual indictment and how Bragg intends to proceed. Both Cohen and Wiesselberg appear to have flipped. There is also the case of Mcdougal, AMI, etc, where AMI cooperated with the DOJ.
Bragg was elected running on a campaign promise of “Show me the [Bad Orange] man and I will find you the crime.” It just shows how clean Trump must really be if it took Bragg almost two years to come up with this.
QUESTION: Will the judge try to invoke any gag or travel restrictions on President Trump?
Anyone want to place bets on when this case will FINALLY make it to court? I predict that the NY courts will be backed up until sometime in summer/fall of next year. You know, PERFECT time to make sure Trump has NO TIME to campaign. (Like it would matter at this point, but the point stands).

What level are the “offenses”, misdemeanor or felony?
If the latter, how long is the statute of limitations?
What that means, in their world, is that all charges are fact, not allegations. When they allege that black is white, black has to prove it’s black.
