This gives new meaning to “trumped up charges”.
Again, this is the most chickenshit prosecution I have ever seen or heard of. Fat Alvin deserves a generous coat of tar and feathers.
Not sure. I was merely pointing out that several of the charges are all the same. An unidentified source said it was 34. I doubt that but wanted folks here to know that they can file a separate charge for each payment - lawfare to the max.
Outrageous especially considering that most politicians should be in jail.
CIA hit next.
“..Who’s going to Prosecute them?...”
I was also wondering about that. There are some honest attorneys at DOJ but who knows which ones are and we do know the AG wouldn’t select them for a Biden case.
If the computer repair shop was in Virginia the state AG would do a good job prosecuting. As for the Chinese payoff, I don’t know if Virginia would have any jurisdiction.
This is an attempt to keep him from campaigning around the country.
This washed up saggie old pornstar/stripper, the very definition of skank... it never happened. Understand that Trump as a major germophobe (such that the medical/mil/Derp State set him up to take everything they dished as “Covid” and run with everything including national lockdown) NEVER boinked this slag. Period.
But it was and still is a media whore’s shakedown, and a lunatic street punk firewall “lawyer” named Cohen who did not inform Trump of the payment, and what’s more took out a personal loan to pay the NDA agreement money. Which the slag went right out and violated thus losing a case and having to pay Trump major money (undisclosed iirc).
Same here. I’m not a trump guy, but this alternately makes me angry as hell and sick to my stomach…
Evryone knows this is about preventing Trump from the Presidency. Wear him down mentally and monitarily and keep it going until the election.
I’m sure Trump’s security is aware of a possible deep state hit.
I want to "put my money where my mouth is" and donate some of my hard earned money to help him get reelected.
These commie bastards must be destroyed if we have any chance at all of saving our Republic.
Does anyone know his legitimate campaign website for re-election?
So, you believe that fat, ugly, subhuman whore?
“The grand jurors, numbering 16 to 23 people, will consider the evidence presented by a prosecutor. There will be a foreperson, assistant foreperson, and secretary chosen from the jurors who assist in various functions. Then, the prosecutor will give instructions to the jurors about the law. At least 12 of the jurors must vote to indict for an indictment to be handed down.”

“To be convicted of a crime, a defendant must be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Yet for grand juries to indict, the burden is much lower. They must only find reasonable cause to believe that a defendant committed the felony.”
______________________________________
I wonder if the number of people on the Trump grand jury is closer to 16 or to 23, or I guess, in other words, what percentage voted to indict. If it was just a hair over the minimum number necessary, someone was threatened.
tomorrow we will hear that they tacked on a brazillion more charges-
Bragg’s case hinges on the allegation that the crime of falsifying business records — bookkeeping fraud — was done in the commission of another crime, a campaign finance violation, The New York Times reported in March. The Times reported the charge would amount to a “low level” felony.
“If Trump is convicted of bookkeeping fraud as a felony he could face up to four years in prison.
The charge usually has a five-year statute of limitations as a felony, but those are extended when a defendant continuously lives out of state, as Trump did during his presidency, the Times reported.
The statute of limitations was also extended by more than a year in New York due to the coronavirus pandemic.”

New York Criminal Procedure Law, Section 30.10(4):
4. In calculating the time limitation applicable to commencement of a
criminal action, the following periods shall not be included:
(a) Any period following the commission of the offense during which
(i) the defendant was continuously outside this state

So if you commit a minor crime in NY college, move to California for fifty years or so, and then decide to run for office, some political hack of a prosecutor in NY can decide to haul your carcass back to NY and hammer you into a jail cell, but if you stayed in the Big Apple for a few years first, all they could do is pound sand? Wow, that sounds…. fair. Not.
Wonder if that would survive a Constitutional challenge?
Thank you.
Its time for some Republican prosecutor in Arkansas to bring charges against Hillary and Bill. Plenty of felonies to pick from.
First of all is it illegal to pay someone to not say anything???
???????
Congress should know. They used our money to shut people up
Many thanks for the info!
