Obviously, i don’t know - but I would be amazed if affidavits from her and Cohen were not signed “under pains and penalties of perjury”.
If they testified under oath that Trump paid them to commit perjury - that is a triable fact.
This is similar to what happened to Jesus Christ.
Similar in that "what they chose to do" to shut Christ down turned into the one of the BIGGEST EVENTS EVER and changed things FORVER.
I'm NOT comparing Trump to Christ... but the circumstances of HOW they're going about combating his voice and ideas (the overkill) is very similar.
And since those behind this effort to STOP TRUMP are very much like those who told General George Custer to make his stand.. which was his last!
My point: Bragg thinks as long as he follows "orders from headquarters" he'll be just fine.
I believe, unbeknownst to himself, this is Bragg's LAST STAND and like everything else that has been tried to diminish Trump, this too will implode on the LEFT and it will claim Bragg, like Gen Custer, as a casualty.
Time will tell the tale.

They are charging him for each payment, thus 34 charges of the same thing.
Cohen said he got a monthly payment of 35K for like 10 months.
It was a total of 3 payoffs to 3 different people.

The Doorman at Trump Tower who claimed Trump had a child out of wedlock and was paid $30K to shut up.
Cohen received 35K a month and paid it to these people until it was done. Thus thus 34 charges for each payment.
