Whoopi Goldberg told her co-hosts Tuesday on ABC’s “The View” that “we need to know” what guns Americans own.
Goldberg said, “Why are we compromising? You know what I’m tired of? I’m tired of trying to find a way to justify your being able to keep 75 guns in your house. I’m tired of trying to figure out a way to say, listen, we have rules and regulations. The Constitution is very clear. Scalia changed the meaning of what the Constitution says. Scalia changed it.”
She continued, “I have to have a license to drive. It’s not a compromise. We don’t discuss it. You either get a license, or you go to jail. So to me, you want to have 7o or 11 guns. We need to know that. We need to know what you got. Because you are now being painted with the same swab all the people who are killing people left and right with legal guns. We need to know what you got.”

Let me ask you something, Ms. Goldberg. May I call you Whoopi?
OK, Whoopi, let me ask you three questions:
1) Where in the Constitution does it say that your right to drive shall not be infringed?
2) Say you do have a 'list' of all 72 million people in the United States who own guns, and which of the 393 million guns in the United States that they own. What would you do with this 'list,' other than to use it to know where to go to confiscate said guns?
3) Do You really believe that just by having a 'list' of guns that the shooter in Nashville owned that the tragedy would have been prevented? How, exactly would that have happened?
If they these same people we have in power now were in power 180 years ago, they would have forced everyone to register their wagons, and have a license to ride a horse and then taxed the s**t out of them.
