The primary use of the T-90 tanks in Ukraine was as targets
one of the few where the turret actually stayed on ...
even the Russians admit the T-90 was crap
It’s over. Go home to your family and try and behave like a man, rather than a Biden bootlick.
Cut them some slack Jon. They're just trying to keep the dream alive./s
It’s Clown Theater!
All of the Russian modern tanks have the same problem based on a design choice they made about 60 years ago - an autoloader with ammunition and propellant stored on the bottom of the turret. When a top attack munition penetrates the top armor of the turret there is a very high probability that the jet will hit one of the propellant charges or one of the high explosive round warheads. You get a propellant fire that spreads extremely rapidly or an immediate detonation of the HE round. It made sense to do this when all the hits were expected to be from flat trajectory fire, but the top attack approach has been a real game changer.
This may true, in the sense that Russia has produced a handful of bespoke weapons systems, with marvelous capabilities. But Germany proved, in WWII, that in an attritional, industrial war, a handful of Wunderwaffe not only do not change the outcome, but the industrial effort expended on them would have been better used in producing greater numbers of more mundane weapons.
I do see the difference! The disinfo turds of the Ukes appear to be a little runnier than the other Western or Russian disinfo. Heh, we all appreciate your comparative study on propaganda horse $hit.
Muddy is a drunk little lapdog. He sees a bug coming in from the west and he runs around threatening nukes.
He should be ignored.
more personal insults
obviously you got NO battlefield successes to talk about, correct?
I am a man of peace. No war for me, thank you. You, on the other hand, have said that only a lack of airline fare keeps you from doing a “Full Zelenskyy” in a Bakhmut field trench. I’ll help you with that.
You Russians have a very bizarre affinity for homosexuality. I mean, it’s in almost every comment you make.
In theory, it’s not difficult to produce a HIMARS (really a GMLRS) equivalent. Starting with say the ex-Soviet Uragan rocket system.
The guidance could be based on the Russian GLONASS the Russian GPS equivalent. This service should be able to produce acceptable accuracy. The question is adapting a cheap, munitions grade satellite receiver on the Uragan warheads, and a linked maneuvering package to the rocket. This would be a completely new missile system vs the old Uragan unguided rockets.
There is supposedly a guided version of the Uragan rockets already. Or there was, details are sketchy.
You prefer the Xi bootlick, Putin?
