Michael Cohen claimed he was not reimbursed by Donald Trump or his organization for hush money payments to porn actress Stormy Daniels in a 2018 letter to federal authorities, contradicting his recent grand jury testimony,
The bombshell document, exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com, could throw a wrench in the works of prosecutors pursuing criminal charges against Trump over the payments.
Cohen, Trump’s former lawyer and the star witness in the case over which Trump reportedly faces imminent arrest, claims that Trump got him to pay $130,000 to Daniels to keep her quiet about her alleged affair with the real estate mogul, just days before the 2016 presidential election.

Cohen could have submitted a bill to the Trump Organization for miscellaneous fees and what not totalling the $130k he paid the petri dish whore.
The affair itself also baffles me...Trump meets stormy on the golf course and proceeds to have a one time one hour consentual thing with her? It makes no sense. A washed up porn star? Kind of fantastical.
If we don’t know, then how do we know that these letters fly in the face of Cohen’s testimony. There’s been some illegal disclosure.

If he didn’t expect to get reimbursed by Trump, why use his own money?

1. He did act for Trump
2. He was going to use this favor to leverage more fees.
3. He was going to use it as a threat for bribing Trump for his own hush money.

It makes sense that these same nefarious types, then and now, would try to make this up to hurt Melania so she divorces Trump. More payments from the big S to put it all in motion.
He doesn’t have to present exculpatory evidence to a grand jury. That is entirely the prosecutor’s show, which is why prosecutors can indict a ham sandwich, as they say. But he does, after indictment and before trial, have to provide it to the defense.
I doubt it ever happened.
Why would he have any sort of contact (beyond shaking of hands) with some skank who’s likely a walking petri dish of every STD known to man?
