If he didn’t expect to get reimbursed by Trump, why use his own money?

2. He was going to use this favor to leverage more fees.
3. He was going to use it as a threat for bribing Trump for his own hush money.

He billed Trump monthly, and itemized the bill, and Trump paid it. BFD.
My only problem is why he hired such a creep to represent him, but that seems to be Trump’s way. His previous fixer was Roy Cohn, Joe McCarthy’s homosexual wing man, and one vicious SOB. So he hires creepy members of the Jewish priestly caste (Cohen, Cohn, Kahn, Kagan, Azulai, and several others, are all priestly surnames) as his fixers.
