NEW YORK – Donald Trump is expected to be indicted on Wednesday, but his arraignment in New York will not take place until next week, according to a new report from DailyMail.com.
The Manhattan District Attorney’s office is expected to formally charge the former president over hush money payments made to porn actress Stormy Daniels.
Following the indictment, arrangements will be made with Trump and his Secret Service detail for his surrender, after which he will travel to New York to be arraigned, the report said.
Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan District Attorney, will be making the indictment.

None of it will translate to a jailable offense so Im sure hes not very worried. He has lawyers and the eyes of the world upon him. He’ll be fine. My personal opinion is he is loving every second of this. I mean they cant really do “anything” they want.

IF Trump paid her off from his own funds that is not illegal. I believe they will claim he used campaign donations for the payoff. Now ... if sloppy accounting was used and the check actually came from some campaign account then Trump is hosed. Given the jurors will be in NY he may be hosed regardless of facts.
