President Trump has called on supporters to protest his expected arrest next week by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg on bogus charges arising out of the alleged 2016 Stormy Daniels hush money arrangement. Several so-called influencers are warning supporters to stay home to avoid being entrapped by the feds into another January 6 riot.
As one of the most experienced conservative street activists who was active in our Nation’s Capital for over a decade, I want to offer my advice on whether to go out and protest (yes) and how to do it.
First, some background. I was active in the D.C. Chapter of FreeRepublic.com from 1998 into the early 2010s, but mostly through the end of 2007 when I left the area and returned a few times a year. I organized hundreds of street protests and counter-protests against President Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Al Gore and other corrupt Democrat politicians. I organized an annual protest of liberal media bias outside the White House Correspondents Dinner for about fifteen years. Through Free Republic, Move America Forward and the Gathering of Eagles, we organized several rallies and counter-rallies supporting our troops in the war on terror in the years after 9/11. On a few occasions, we acted as human shields against the violent left and radical Islamists, protecting The White House, the Danish Embassy, Armed Forces Recruiting stations and even the Washington Post. I also helped organize the FReeper inaugural ball in 2005 attended by nearly 1,000 guests or so.
We dealt with D.C. Police, Capitol Police, Park Police, Secret Service, various other federal law enforcement agencies and the military in demonstrations at the White House, Capitol, Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, the National Mall, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Arlington Cemetery, the old Walter Reed Army Hospital, the Vice President’s Residence, aka “Cheney’s House”, and many locales in and around D.C.
We faced off against communists, anarchists, Black Bloc (pre-Antifa), Code Pink, ANSWER, radical Islamists, Democrats, RINOs, dishonest media and the Westboro Baptist Church extremists.
We did all that by being peaceful and behaving in a civilized manner at all times. We hade a code of conduct that served us well.
Briefly, it read, “No violence, no racism, no profanity, no provocations, obey the law and treat all law enforcement officers with respect.”

It's become apparent that the Deep State and the Leftists worked in collusion to infiltrate and disrupt the January 6th demonstration. They followed that up using NSA technology and social media companies to facially recognize, track and insure those targeted weren't favored AntiFa or alphabet agency agents, wrongfully arresting at least a thousand and running them through D.C.'s kangaroo courts after a lengthy wearing down in atrocious conditions - most giving in to plea dealing to make the torture stop.
That's one helluva massive effort by this illegitimate regime to squelch our right to protest. Therefore WE HAVE A SACRED AND PATRIOTIC DUTY TO PROTEST,
But there's two different schools of advice here. Kristinn's guidelines are common sense and high road. Lazamataz suggests concealing identities as much as possible. I have to agree with Laz considering how the forces of evil, with their unlimited resources (paid for by us), are willing to stoop to any level to suppress our God-given rights.
I suggest rubbing it in by bringing masks of famous politicians like the gang in "Point Break". And don't forget that too many J-6ers were 'turned in' by neighbors, supposed friends and even close relatives. Tell them you went to Woke Disney World.
Dont, at best you wont change anything, at worst you get snared in an FBI entrapment scheme.

Just cower behind your lock doors and avoid confrontation until, like the Berlin Brown Shirts in the 1930s, the authorities blow your door off its hinges and come at you with swinging truncheons. I am currently dictating an audiobook (Life and Times of Joseph Warren, by Richard Frothingham written in 1862) and listening to another book “The Revolutionary Samuel Adams” by Stacy Schiff, and there is a common theme:
Both Dr. Warren and Samuel Adams were deeply concerned about the apathy of the citizens, and had to fight to keep their interests in the fore. I always use the rule of threes: One third were Patriots, one third were Tories, and the last third were indifferent and didn’t want to be involved.
Of those third who were Patriots, they faced the same problems we as Conservatives face today, not the least of which is a tyrannical state that has shown no reluctance to stamp on Constitutional rights via a technology-advanced, and weaponized government.
In 1774, the Tories in power were itching to arrest all of the Patriots and ship them back to trial, imprisonment, and death in England.

Seriously though, this government is behaving as if checks, balances and alternating parties are past history and nothing now stands in the way of permanent power. The likes of Graham and McConnell lead me to think the separate party facade would be dropped as soon as our right to bear arms is somehow nullified (hopefully never).

I was at many of the Walter Reed protests, that one on a very cold January day on the national mall, and at Arlington.
Many others, such as outside CBS studios, outside the WaPoo bldg, the White House, the UN, Al Gore book signings and many other occasions.

Things are different now than wehn we were doing it. Thsi regime openly plants operatives to generate violence, especially if we won’t get violent ourselves. There is no way to avoid turning it into another January 6. That’s what the regime wants.
There is a long-time leftist strategy called bootm up, top down, in which they generate an uprising so they can crush it and get absolute power, or very close to it. If people die, it’s not their problem. the literally don’t care — none of them.
Remember, Chansley urged people not to go into the Capitol, and he got 41 months; Epps ueged people to go into the Capitol and actively tried to make that happen, and he wasn’;t even investigated.
