Former U.S. National Security Adviser John Bolton said Saturday on CNN that if prosecutors indict President Trump but fail to convict him, he could get back in the White House.
"Having very much in mind the one rule of law for everybody, if they indict and fail to convict in New York, I think historians will look back and say that this is the act that re-elected Donald Trump president," Bolton said.
"So I hope those prosecutors in New York are very, very certain of their case," he continued.
Trump made an announcement on his Truth Social platform Saturday that said he expects to be arrested on Tuesday and urged the country to protest.
"Now illegal leaks from a corrupt & highly political Manhattan district attorneys office, which has allowed new records to be set in violent crime & whose leader is funded by George Soros, indicate that, with no crime being able to be proven, & based on an old & fully debunked (by numerous other prosecutors!) fairytale, the far & away leading Republican candidate & former president of the United States of America, will be arrested on Tuesday of next week," Trump wrote.
"Protest, take our nation back!" he added.

Would a FReeper poll be Trump, RdS, Bolton?
Why leave out Trump’s “All Caps” style?
EXPOSE THE CRIMINAL OPERATIONS OF THE DEMOCRATS, THE DOJ(sic) AND THE FBI - THEY HAVE PROVEN TO BE SO DISGUSTING! imho
It’s just a passing thought per a Bolton lightbulb.
November 2024 is too far off in relation to a possible Trump indictment.
What is more interesting is how the left will fare in April and May 2023 indicting Trump in the midst of a global financial crisis, a Ukraine war with monstrous and accelerating cumulative costs, a southern border that takes center stage again as the weather improves, a growing Hunter Biden scandal and much more.
Trump is ready for them.
This will not go well for any group, but a Trump indictment will go especially poorly for those making it. And the repercussions will not wait to play out until elections that are still nearly two years off. The only interesting question right now is this: What will this mean near term?
For me, it means hedging my stock portfolio and generally hedging everything. There will be turbulence ahead, the details of which are not knowable but quickly manifesting.
When I start caring what John Bolton says, you know I’ve lost the last of my feeble mind.
Who cares?
1st GOP debate is in five months https://www.cbsnews.com/news/first-republican-presidential-primary-debate-milwaukee/
Inshallah. God willing, yes.

Oh TPTB will convict PDJT of something just so that in the future the commies can scream “How can you even consider voting for a convicted felon?” Of course the conviction will be for something less than minor. Maybe back in 1997 he dropped a plastic straw and didn’t pick it up - littering.
Remember, to most of the double-digit IQ leftists indict equals conviction.
I do!
Evidently you are not the center of the universe.
Letitia james is a good little solider, so I'm sure that they're as certain as the jury foreman
Trump 2024.
That psychopath is disturbing. The nose noes….
Bolton has destroyed himself in recent years.
No way!
Sure. Who has a bigger frown? John Bolton or you.
