A much more likely scenario is Tucker Carlson being indicted for exposing the fraud.

I disagree with this framing. The video HAS actually been seen before. Just maybe not by everyone. Especially on the left (and they will still refuse to view it).
On January 6th, I was actually watching life streaming switching from one site to another of amateur footage. I saw the people being escorted by capitol police and seem to recall footage of Shaman the Barbarian simply walking with an officer with no friction apparent between them. All that video was deleted from Youtube and is just now being seen again.
To get a Brady violation, does the defense have to demand disclosure, even if the defense did not know about exculpatory evidence? Consequences might be mistrial or suppression on the evidence.

Most have not seen the videos. They are relying on their trusted agents of dis and misinformation to tell them what they want to hear, rather than take a chance and have their minds changed or blown.
There is a solution, but it most likely will leave us too weak to defend from outside attacks. So we are screwed. the left has effectively won.
Did Roger Stone ever try for a change of venue? Not necessary since Trump issued a pardon. No time for Trump pardons in the case of J6.

Yep....the video has to make it in front of the faces of the common man (along with due commentary). Otherwise, it’s just another fact that (while important) will never have much impact.
