JayCee Cooper, a transgender powerlifter born a male, has won a big victory in liberal Minnesota after a court ruled that USA Powerlifting violated Cooper’s rights under state law by barring him from competing as a woman.
Cooper, 34, claims he transitioned to being a woman in 2014 and takes an anti-androgen drug that substantially decreases the testosterone in his body, the New York Daily News reported in 2021.
But in 2018, Cooper says he was sent a letter by USA Powerlifting telling him that he was banned from competing as a woman because “male-to-female transgender people are not allowed to compete as females in our static strength sport as it is a direct competitive advantage.”
District Court Judge Patrick Diamond, appointed to the bench by liberal Democrat Gov. Mark Dayton in 2012, filed his ruling in favor of Cooper’s attack on USA Powerlifting’s ban.
“By denying Cooper the right to participate in the female category, the category consistent with her self-identification, USAPL denied her the full and equal enjoyment of the services, support, and facilities USAPL offered its members,” Diamond wrote in his ruling, according to SB Nation. “It separated Cooper and segregated her and, in doing so, failed to fully perform the contractual obligations it agreed to when it accepted Cooper’s money and issued Cooper a membership card.”
The judge gave USA Powerlifting two weeks to submit revised rules that comply with the state’s left-wing law.
Cooper celebrated his win.
“I fought as hard as I could to ensure that every trans athlete has the opportunity to compete, and be recognized with full dignity and humanity,” Cooper exclaimed. “I am thrilled that this ruling recognizes our rights and our humanity and hopefully opens doors for transgender athletes everywhere to participate fully in sports.”

USA Powerlifting should cancel all further competitions in Minnesota
Ask MMA female fighter Tamikka Brents how it went when she was paired with a biological "trans" male:
"45-year-old (TRANS, biological male) fighter brutally defeated her HIS female American opponent. The fight lasted just over two minutes after the referee was forced to halt the contest.
Brents received seven staples to her head, and also suffered a concussion. She was overpowered by Fox to an extent that even the orbital bone inside her skull was fractured."
I don't agree. Are they the peak of competitive performance? Well, no, generally not (though some, gymnastics for example, are exceptions). But I don't want to see women removed from sports. Women who are inclined to participate in sports should have the opportunity to have that experience, to learn the lessons of being a team, dealing with adversity, focusing on goals, all of that. To have some dude walk in and laugh in their faces and say 'all that work you did was for nothing, I'm not good enough to compete as a man but I'm better than you at this and always will be. You have no chance' is enraging.
I hope this POS someday gets the self awareness to look at his trophies and see that each one is really a collection of dead dreams of the girls he cheated.

This is the kick back for women’s “rights” of competition to use money for title 9 taking it away from men’s programs for equality. It never was equal and never was intended to be based upon the competition. But when it was turned into that circus it was a no win scenario. The women’s rights activist decided they were as good as their gender counterparts and when tested, failed at all levels. So they created an outlet and now that outlet is being infected with men. What did they expect? It has nothing to do with competition. It’s just money. So they tried to cut a steak with a chisel and broke the plate making all the food on that plate un-edible.

In my old tennis days there would be higher lever sandbaggers in tournaments. I never saw the thrill of taking home a trophy like that.

Especially ice skating - if biological men are allowed to compete with females - men can land the huge quad jumps easier than the women b/c of strength - those jumps are often the winning edge b/c they garner so many points.
No women will ever win women’s figure skating again.

Allow ‘It’ to compete. When medal time comes , either ignore ‘It’and bypass or bestow a purple medal.
His testosterone level at this time is totally irrelevant, yah stupid judge. He (yes, still HE) grew up with it and has irreversible advantages.
Would he object to a blood test for his testosterone levels before competitions ???

Trannies resent women and this behavior is all about subjugating and dominating women.
The same kind that like to dress up and dance to show their junk to babies.
Nevertheless, some women go through a lot of work to get where they are, only to be sidestepped by a man because they are physically stronger. There are some fields in which men and women can compete equally, but weightlifting is certainly not one of them.
