Former deputy assistant attorney general John Yoo joined "Sunday Night in America with Trey Gowdy" to weigh in on both classified documents cases involving former President Trump and President Biden. Trump and Biden are both facing investigations into their alleged mishandling of classified material. While Trump and Biden's cases note key differences, Yoo argues "The rule of law and the Constitution, demands that similar cases be treated in a similar way."

Well, yes, Trump’s docs were locked up.
Pres. Trump had docs for no longer than 19 months.
VP Biden had documents he shouldn't have had for at least 6 years and up to 14 years. Senate records even longer.
Pres. Trump's property was DOJ raided.
Pres. Biden's was not.

Me too. I reported the hag in 2009. Later went Judical Watch and they said they are pursuing an official narrative of 2014/5 as the first date Hillary’s server was reported. Needless to say you can read my FR BIO as to what happened. JW told me to drop it and go home and basically enjoy my life.

And Clinton’s classified documents were posted on what amounted to a public server; she used a phone which she and her staff were *explicitly* told could not be made secure; she had her staff send her documents to reference in the clear while in a foreign hostile country; and then she gave access to uncleared lawyers to go through and read them and delete evidence. Both Biden and Clinton had their lawyers corrupt a crime scene.
