The film’s armorer will face the same charge. A cinematographer was killed when a gun Baldwin was rehearsing with went off. There was not supposed to be live ammunition on the set.

Yep, Baldwin hired her, tolerated her, then Baldwin didn’t inspect the pistol, he pointed it, pulled back the hammer, pulled the trigger, and shot those people and I don’t think they were even filming.
I have never been clear why he had to do all that was necessary to get that bullet into that woman.

Baldwin repeatedly refused the armorers request to take any training and attend safety briefings. This is all down to his arrogance. Which is the author of pretty much all his problems in life.

People forget that Baldwin’s father was a coach and a shooting instructor and that Alec has been in many films where Hollywood gun procedures were taught and followed.

30-2-3. Manslaughter.
Manslaughter is the unlawful killing of a human being without malice.
A. Voluntary manslaughter consists of manslaughter committed upon a sudden quarrel or in the heat of passion.
Whoever commits voluntary manslaughter is guilty of a third degree felony resulting in the death of a human being.
B. Involuntary manslaughter consists of manslaughter committed in the commission of an unlawful act not amounting to felony, or in the commission of a lawful act which might produce death in an unlawful manner or without due caution and circumspection.
Whoever commits involuntary manslaughter is guilty of a fourth degree felony.
I agree. Question really is who put a real bullet in that gun? Baldwin didn’t. Was the intention to kill her or to frame him?
I cannot imagine pointing a firearm at a human being and pulling the trigger if I did not intend to kill her. He had an affirmative responsibility to check and double check that that firearm was unloaded. He should have pulled the trigger with the weapon pointed in a safe direction before pointing it anywhere near anyone. He is an irresponsible jerk and his irresponsibility got someone killed.

The democrats are not railroading Alec Baldwin.
Maybe he can serve time with Bill Cosby and Harvey Wienstein.
Oh, I believe the hate is perfectly rational.
Hate frequently leads to ineffective responses and can be manipulated by opponents to cause unforced errors. It pays off to keep one's temper closely in check.
But I won't criticize someone for hating on Alec Baldwin. He is an obnoxious bully who deserves negative opinions. And prison time.
Let the "Justice Show" play on. Perhaps it will wind up with a good ending this time. Something appears to be changing.
Baldwin’s poor behavior has been known for a long time.
I would think money, fame, and women would make a guy happy, but he’s clearly lacking something inside.
