Baldwin repeatedly refused the armorers request to take any training and attend safety briefings. This is all down to his arrogance. Which is the author of pretty much all his problems in life.

Yep- i remember reading about that- and he also fired the safety crew- or they quit because they were disgusted with his lack of safety or something-
