Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) said Congress could not “exclude the possibility” that national security was jeopardized by the handling of President Biden’s classified documents, which are now at the center of a Department of Justice probe.
“I don’t think we can exclude the possibility without knowing more of the facts,” Schiff said on ABC’s “This Week” in an interview with Jonathan Karl. “I’d like to know what these documents were, I’d like to know what the (special counsel’s) assessment is.”

Schiff is trying to repair his image. He’s afraid of being barred from the House Member’s Dining Room, like Dave Brat.
If someone other than Harris were VP, I'd say the Democrats are moving against Biden to force him to step down. However, having Harris assume the presidency hurts the Dems more than it helps them going into 2024. I think the plan is to keep Biden in the White House, but damage him to the point where even he realizes that it's futile to run for reelection. They will then quietly back their chosen candidate in the primaries against Harris.
How would this piece of Schiff know what NATIONAL SECURITY is?????

He is trying to get back on the Intel Committee and get his security clearance back.
It’s pretty bizarre how the Dems are coming out against this after not a peep out of them when one of their reps. was banging a chinese spy, or when feinstein employed a chinese spy as her personal servant for decades... only explanation is they’re throwing pedo joe under the bus.

In the last two days Gergen & Stabenow have made negative comments. The piling on by Rat Nabobs will continue until some threshold only they know is reached. Or they could run out the clock on the national attention span. Which isn’t long! It depends on ho many more “classified docs” shoes or other “whoppsies” will fall out of the woodwork!
They’re setting the table to dump SloJoe either by 25th Amendment or forcing him to resign by threatening the 25th Amendment. The 25th Amendment route relives the Rats of the “impeachment\Senate Trial\conviction vote” drama. It gives SloJoe and honorable way out - resign for good of the country because I’m ill and a less honorable way out 25th Amendment - he’s going because he’s ill and doesn’t know it.
The question is: “What to do with Kamala?”.
Harris can be President for 10 years. Maybe even dictator (or taster) to for life after things are changed for her.
