I think we need to start dusting for fingerprints on those documents. I wonder how many of them will have Hunter’s or Jill’s on them.

For Hunter, just use a black light....his DNA will be all over.

Trump had a SCIF.
Trump, as president, could declassify any document.

Neither of these things is true with respect to Joe.

He just had Top Secret stuff stashed in his garage. That’s a felony which ought to block him from running in 2024. That’s exactly what they tried to do to Trump: make it so he would be barred from office. Perhaps this is how the Democrats are trying to stop Joe from running.

Sounds like they’ve decided that now is the time to dump Biden. The media will facilitate this.

Sure, in the garage next to my corvette - but the garage is LOCKED! It's not like I park it in the street....

NOT sarcasm - that was his actual reply back to Steve Ducey when asked about it. Just damn.

Joe is not exactly a product of literary classics. I can only guess on what could be in his library? I can only come up with those fake books that just show molded bindings, and money ledgers.

Seems to me I recall some bureaucrat or contractor a couple of years ago had some classified material on his home computer and he went to prison.......................

Nah. Everything now is an active investigation waiting for the stroke or heart attack in 2026. As such “I can’t comment on that” becomes the normal.

This will be played like it’s a terrible, never done before breech and fast track him to resignation despite criminality 1000-fold worse through his entire career, the election, and his administration.

If people buy into this they deserve what’s coming. I swear, most of the clueless folks that fall for this theatre probably wrote letters to the actors on Gilligan’s Island telling them how to get off.

Couple of things I find interesting.

He says in his statement that his lawyers told him not to look at the documents. He’s the effing President of the United States.

Lawyer: “Pres Trump, we found these classified documents in a cabinet but you probably shouldn’t look at them”.

Pres Trump: “Give me the damn documents”.

If they were lawyers for his supposed Think Tank, then they were civilian lawyers. They didn’t have clearances. They violated the law by taking possession of them and looking at them. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have been able to tell the President not to see them.

The staffers that found the others one, in the garage(?), are also in violation of the law.

Then “former VP” Biden is in violation of quite a few laws.

Apparently, Soetero is saying the stuff was declassified. Where’s the paper trail showing that?

Anyway....all being done to:

1. Take attention away from Republican’s and their investigations into the son and the family business dealings. The story will go...we got rid of him, they’re bad but they’re out of the way now, so lets focus on more important matters.

2. Takes attention away from the Mar A Lago raid and the fact that there doesn’t appear to be anything to it. The DOJ wants Pres Trump’s lawyers to sign off on an evidence inventory without letting them see what the evidence is. They denied the request, so there’s no way of going forward. The story will go....Biden got caught, your guy got caught. Lets treat it like off-setting penalties and forget about all of it.

3. They got Pres Trump’s taxes, in violation of the every law. Found nothing. So they’re trying to deflect.

4. Getting the moron out of the White House, as 2024 will be here soon and they have to prep Newsome for his run.

I think you need a $200K classic sports car to properly locate an authorized location for classified documents.

Anyone check the trunk for little girls, diaries, ballots, or cash?

“That’s a felony which ought to block him from running in 2024.”

Felonies might block you from voting, but not from running for President. Of course if he is impeached and convicted, he could be blocked but that won’t happen.

At one point, the media said this about Trump:

A criminal case under 18 U.S.C § 2071 based on the removal, concealment or destruction of documents. A criminal statute outlaws the removal or destruction of documents from any public office. The penalty is up to three years in prison and disqualification from holding office.

Harvard Law Professor Laurence Tribe has written that “holding Trump accountable – and disqualifying him from future office – would not be a partisan act, but one needed to preserve the republic.”
