The victim was just 8 years old when Luis Saavedra Villa kidnapped and viciously sexually assaulted her in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
Saavedra Villa, 44, was a registered sex offender and a previously deported illegal alien from Mexico. He was convicted of sexual assault in 2001.
The night of the recent assault, Saavedra Villa drove the juvenile victim, who knew him as a family friend, to McDonald’s while her mother was away working. He then sexually assaulted her in his work truck, locking its doors to stop her attempts to escape. After the assault, Saavedra Villa forced the victim to clean her own blood from his vehicle.
“[It] was one of the most egregious that we’ve seen,” Sweetwater Sheriff John Grossnickle, who handled the case, told the Daily Caller News Foundation.
When she was found, the young girl was transported to a nearby hospital and then to emergency surgery in Utah for her injuries.
“He was just allowed back into the country. We had no idea that he was in Sweetwater County and received no communication of that,” Grossnickle said.
“What bothers me about this case more than anything else is that it didn’t have to happen, and the damage of the fact these decisions being made in faraway Washington, D.C., they really don’t care,” Sweetwater County Attorney Dan Erramouspe told the DCNF.
Federal authorities recorded a record of more than 1.7 million migrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border in fiscal year 2021, and another roughly 2.3 million in fiscal year 2022.

If he’s locked up, “us” taxpayers have to pay to jail him for many years plus pay for all of his legal fees.
If he’s deported, he’ll be back across the border within hours and do same again.

First of all death penalty.
But illegals who commit serious crimes here should do prison time here and then be deported. If you deport them first the come back in a few weeks.
We had a plan at one time to build a prison in Mexico but the government there nixed it.
There was a time 1980s and early 90s immigration officers went around to prisons in Cal and reviewed the files of those being recommended for parole. If you were illegal they picked you up on the day of your parole and off to Mexico. You can guess whether they still do that.
Wyoming is empty. Transport him to another county. He tried to escape... not kidding.

There are no 8 year olds in prison, but there are if he’s deported, and finds his way back here again. Next time he won’t leave a witness.
What exactly is the complaint here about putting the guy in prison? Is there some belief that he is not going to prison for this? Something like 20% of the prison population in the country are non US citizens.

When they let anyone into the country without screening them for criminal conviction or mental illness, this is the result. Law enforcement has less information about dangerous illegal alien criminals, then they do about an American citizen with an arrest for disorderly conduct 30 years ago.
Let the local prison population take care of the problem. It will turn into a number killing himself in his cell. No investigation, no fanfare. Justice served.
I don’t think he should be imprisoned; a more fitting action would be execution.
