3 “For the 28 years that he served as chancellor of Germany, Bismarck preserved what he had built by a restrained and wise diplomacy, which was the single most important element in maintaining the peace of Europe.” – Henry Kissinger Some people complain I never have a good word to say about the United States. That’s not quite true. I am sure if I dig deep enough, I can find a piece or two from a daily column that spans more than a decade where I said something nice. But today, I will change tracks: George H.W. Bush, the 41st US president. The more I read about him, the more it seems to me he has been the most underrated president of the last century. Sadly, that tends to be the fate of one-term presidents.

You are exactly correct. Every accomplishment including the fall of the Berlin wall was really due to Pres. Reagan.
Once again the Republican voters got duped and hoodwinked. When it comes to critical choices and decisions it seems so hard for Republican’s to get it right.

“He was a very, very, nice person.”
Was that just a thin layer of veneer?
Proves the uniparty theory.
1 LBJ and 2 Bushes VS 1 Eisenhower means total fail.
All of these rust belt towns that look like the 3rd world now because of the offshoring started with Bush I.
GHWB = CIA.
You forgot to add (BARF ALERT) to the title.
Well, I mean, but,
damn I think you are right, Texas needs to do better.
Nope. He was quite evil, actually. He wasn’t the head of cia for nothing.
Read My Lips, No More Texans.
And his sainted wife wrote him an alibi with her own hand. So she always knew. Disgusting.
He was in on the ground floor with the deep state climate change hoax.
“George H.W. Bush really was a visionary on climate. He understood that climate change was a risk to our health, to our prosperity and to our national security.”
-Monica Medina, who served as principal deputy undersecretary at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration under President Obama
Amen Amen Amen
Absolute train wreck
The Bush that couldn’t remember where he was when jfk was assassinated? The one who was registered in a Dallas hotel on that day? The one who worked under CIA zapata operation? The one who sat on the sham jfk investigation? The one possibly photographed by book depository on that day? The one who became CIA director years later? The one who became liason to China? Yes - totally underrated.
All you really need to know.
I was nauseous as he lay in state
Yeah, a Great President who scrapped the Reagan Revolution and turned the GOP over to the Deep State.
