3 “For the 28 years that he served as chancellor of Germany, Bismarck preserved what he had built by a restrained and wise diplomacy, which was the single most important element in maintaining the peace of Europe.” – Henry Kissinger Some people complain I never have a good word to say about the United States. That’s not quite true. I am sure if I dig deep enough, I can find a piece or two from a daily column that spans more than a decade where I said something nice. But today, I will change tracks: George H.W. Bush, the 41st US president. The more I read about him, the more it seems to me he has been the most underrated president of the last century. Sadly, that tends to be the fate of one-term presidents.

The reason “read my hips” put an end to the career of this disgraceful Deep Stater is because it revealed the hypocrisy and deceit underlying the neocon project in three simple words.

I compare him to a pimple on Reagans butt.
I fought a war with his son as commander in chief only to watch him pal around with the Obamas.
Lets not for get his "please clap" son Jeb.
Enough of the Bush Family.
All these people are just a big criminal gang and the American people aren't in the club.

Loyal to Reagan? The first thing he did as Pres. was reverse almost all of Reagans policies.

Right. That whole “read my lips” moment (and what followed) gave the country a small glimpse into how Deep State Republicans operate.
As bad as Bush the elder was, I still rank his son as being much worse. At least Bush the elder didn’t start two endless wars.
