This type of information reminds me of the first Gulf War, and other encounters with Russia, and Russian military hardware. During the first Gulf War the Drive-By Media were touting all the ‘state-of-the-art’ Russian anti aircraft guns, radar, etc. They even suggested, perhaps accurately, that some Russians were in and around Iraq. Well, we all know how good the Russians were. More recently, in Syria, there were a few hundred Russians doing Putin’s bidding, and President Trump warned Putin we were going to do certain things. President Trump urged them to withdraw. They did not, and to this day President Trump regrets the loss of life. He states he tried to take less lives, while still attacking the bad guys. Come to think of it, Russia has been aligned with Syria/Iran for decades.
