Mitch McConnell Suggests Funding Ukraine With Your Tax Dollars Is “Number One Priority” For United States (Video in article link)

On Tuesday, Senator Mitch McConnell proved once again that he is totally disconnected from the desires of the American people. Instead of stopping Biden from enacting more policies that are harming our economy, McConnell says that “helping Ukraine” is what he wants to be focused on right now. And exactly what money is the government using to help Ukraine? That’s right, your tax dollars.

“Making sure the Defense Department can deal with the major threats coming from Russia and China, providing assistance for the Ukrainians to defeat the Russians. That’s the number one priority for the United States right now, according to most Republicans. That’s sort of how we see the challenges confronting the country at the moment,” he said.

The Ukraine is not an American ally. Helping it defend itself is not any kind of priority for America.

In the long term it makes more sense to help Ukraine stop Russia now and by doing so toppling the Russian government as we know it.

The alternative is to fund another Cold War with a massive near-wartime military budget to rebuild closed air force bases, closed naval bases, to build more ships and aircraft, and etc. at a cost of trillions upon trillions.

Not our own border crisis, not the fentanyl/opiod crisis, not letting keep keep their own money to spend according to their own will rather than the slave overlords in Washington, or a dozen other things that could be mentioned. It’s a telling reflection on the arrogance and priorities of the overlords in the Capitol District.

I’ll bet his altar boys John Thune, Tim Scott, John Cornyn and Lindsey Graham were there to nod in agreement.

It’s a rare thing but Mitch is right. National Security is the #1 job of the federal government.

How well has it worked out in other countries recently where we toppled the government?

The number one priority is to protect and defend the sovereignty of the United States.

It’s a rare thing but Mitch is right. National Security is the #1 job of the federal government.

How about starting with securing the southern border?

Forcing U.S. taxpayers to pay back money borrowed from China that is sent to Ukraine while refusing to defend our own border is NOT a priority for anyone other than the globalists.

Then why are we doing nothing about our national security?

Ukraine is not vital to our national security. Protecting our borders and freedoms are.

Germany and Japan turned out pretty good.

6 Billion to overthrow the government and billions more to keep it. Sounds like a classic sunk cost fallacy.

“Making sure the Defense Department can deal with the major threats..."
So throwing money at a government program that has become a social experiment for perversion and mental illness is all it takes to tackle "major threats?"

“In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.”
Dwight Eisenhower Jan 17th, 1961.

BS. This is the same lie that dragged us into the Viet Nam war.
