I still don’t understand how this California fantasy is supposed to work. For example:
Person A has 8 black great-grandparents. He can prove that they were all once slaves.
Person B has 3 black great-grandparents, and 5 of other races. He can only prove that one of them was a slave.
Person C has 8 black great-grandparents. No doubt about that. But there is no proof that any of them were once a slave.
This is very confusing. Do all three people get the same amount of reparations?
I think it would be easier - and just as fair - to throw money out of an airplane.
What happened between 2017 aand today to account for the huge increase in support?

In truth, it is a state with a fascist government, taking money from people less likely to support it and giving it to people who are guaranteed to support it.

This is simply a way to bypass the Consitution by making wealth transfer from one race to another which is unconstitutional.
“Strongly divided,” yet “only” 60% of Democrats support it. And considering almost all blacks in America are Democrats and will keep being so in the foreseeable future no matter what the Democratic Party does, you can imagine what the numbers look like among white, Hispanic and Asian Democrats.
I wish the Democrats would push this nonsense nationally and not just in states like California.
