Anarcho-tyranny: the law does not protect the good guys from the bad guys, it protects the bad guys from the good guys.

“...because the victim had opened fire on the suspect despite his life not being in danger.”

It would seem the evidence would show otherwise, with the victim being dead and all.

only the criminals are protected in New York and California.

Anyone not getting the hell out of there now before the reparations kick in deserves what is about to happen.

Not once the person leaves the store. Same with a home. You can shoot a thief in your home, but once the threat is over, you can’t.

Just another example of how the Woke dimension is inverted reality. Up is down, good is bad...

As the Bible says:

Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.
Isaiah 5:20 (NIV)
Translation: "It ain't gonna turn out well for those folx."

Everyone should know by now that criminals are actually the victims of a racist society, anyone interfering with their criminal behavior is a racist deserving of being killed.

Add that the decedent was defending his property with deadly force. Where I live that’s perfectly valid.

An unusual situation, some states don’t have a provision to protect property with deadly force. We do in Texas, if it determined that there would be no reasonable way to recover the property otherwise. California needs to change their law. People should be able to protect their money and belongings with whatever force is necessary.

This will continue until all people descend on the DA’s office and surround the homes of Judges. If possible, treat them as gentlemanly as auntifa, and BLM does. A few riots wouldn’t hurt, with overturned cars and fires though.

Y’all know the only way out of slavery and tyranny.
