WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden is asking Congress to provide more than $37 billion in emergency aid to Ukraine, a massive infusion of cash that could help support the nation as Russian forces suffer battlefield losses in their nine-month-old invasion.

The administration’s funding request, which comes as lawmakers begin their post-election session, also seeks $9.25 billion in COVID-19 funding to prepare for a possible winter surge and help combat the virus nationwide. Government funding expires in mid-December, and the Ukraine and COVID aid would be part of the package to fund the government through the end of September 2023.

The request for such a sizable amount of money for Ukraine comes as the GOP is poised to take control of the House following the midterm elections.

Respectfully, hows about 37 billion (actually much more) for our United States Military?

Peace through strength does work.

“President Joe Biden is asking Congress to provide more than $37 billion in emergency aid to Ukraine.”

Anything senile Joe does is designed to destroy America- when do Americans wake up. Americans got sucked into his Covid scam, mandates, shutdowns, sheeeesh, wake up America!

It’s time to admit we’re powerless to stop it. This isn’t America.

If I could I would put about 1.2 million F bombs into a post about my thoughts about this....

I OFFICIALLY HATE UKRAINE MORE THAN I HAVE EVER HATED A COUNTRY.

This is open theft from the American citizens, while our standard of living is declining every month. So mad.

He must be needing more liquid cash through laundering since FTX went belly up.

For perspective, the far end estimate of a giant border wall between Mexico and the USA is $25 billion. The “likely” cost was $15 billion.

Even at near 100% cost overrun, a giant wall to save tens of thousands of American lives, the wall would be cheaper.

52 billion appropriated and another 37 billion is a total of 89 billion. This isn’t just cash, its money for rockets, bullets, uniforms, military gear, CIA and Special Forces training, and money to NATO nations to replace the weapons they have given to Zelensky. One of the reasons is, Zelensky has lost the same percentage of equipment that Putin has lost which is enormous. There are tanks and trucks and APCs all over the country that are blown up junks now. Thousands from both sides. So for the arms industry, they will employ more people making bombs and bullets and artillery cannons and shells. And we will make new jets and helicopters for Poland and Romania and Germany gave up to Ukraine that are now burning junks on the ground. It’s madness. Russia is buying arms from China, India and Iran and its all burning junk now also This madness will continue for years. This is a giant money pit

Not only that, they claimed it was “too expensive”. Yet we piss away untold treasure to a totally corrupt kleptocracy. I hope Ukraine gets nuked to oblivion.

It’s not about the Ukraine, its about funneling more taxpayer money back to the Democrats to fund the 2024 election as well as lining their pockets. Look at all the money that has already been spent, and the Uniparty was all on board.

Like everything he says and does, Biden is lying to get money for his crime family and other globalists. The money he pretends to give to the Ukraine in foreign aid comes right back to him and other deep staters - I guess Hunter and Jim Biden, Nancy Pelosi's son, Schumer's son etc. all need 'new shoes.'
