Arizona voters have approved a Republican-led law that will give in-state tuition to illegal aliens, reversing a ban first imposed in 2006.
Last year, as Breitbart News reported, the Republican-majority Arizona state legislature passed a plan to put Proposition 308 on last week’s ballot for voters to decide whether they wanted to throw out the state’s ban on in-state tuition for illegal aliens.
As of the last count on Monday evening, Arizona voters favored Proposition 308 by a more than 60,000 vote margin — indicating that the initiative will in fact pass and illegal aliens will now be eligible for in-state tuition.

Repubs are in the same league as the Left in AZ.
Our elections suck. Stay where you are safe.
The foundation of all leftist politics, and the progressive nanny-state they live off is printed, fiat money, and the massive debt it enables - courtesy of the Federal Reserve.
Nothing is going to change that - you WILL be ruled by increasingly woke leftists, until the whole debt shyte-show collapses.
The Uniparty lives.
Do people really wonder how it is so easy for the Democrats to cheat? If still in doubt just look up the word collusion…
And once again Az Republicans show why Republicans are know as the stupid party.
Screw the Arizona kids and taxpayers.
How many Arizonans are former Californians?
Republicans try to out Left the Left. They end up losing badly. There should be a price tag on any spending bill. AZ thinks this stuff is free? Klaus Schwab knows his target. That’s for sure.
A WHOLE TON!
This is insane! Screw AZ, I’m about done with this state.
So the children of foreigners in the country illegally now get more rights then Citizens of the Several States.
Sounds like discrimination to me. And I’m currently paying rather hefty out of state tuition for a kid. Even more hilarious, if he went to school in AZ - like a couple of generations of his family before him did - we would be paying the out of state rate.
Screw the trash that voted this in. They just took AZ out of the Union.
Their institutions of higher learning are not as flush with cash as the eastern schools so supporting this is an economic move. It brings to mind the retail quote “lower the price and make it up in volume”.
(/sarc)
anything that is so bipartisan is likely a vehicle for laundering cash back into the pockets of both sides of the aisle...with an “insurance cut” somewhere to DOJ/FBI
Isn’t there a federal law that says providing in state tuition to illegals can only be done if the same in state tuition is also provided to the rest of US citizens?
The Arizona Republican Party was a no on Prop 308.
Reward behavior and you get more of it. It’s simple really.
Quite a few.
Many are SLOW LEARNERS
