I and others have been telling Russian haters like you this was the kind of corruption that has been going on in Ukraine for years and the whole basis of our involvement there and for the proxy war.
Ukraine has been the playpen of our political class and their rich donors. And, that is the only reason for the proxy war we're fighting there.
And, no, Russia isn't this corrupt. Putin cleaned up the corruption and that is why the average Russian's standard of living has increased dramatically during his tenure.

Government does not work in crypto and most private donors do not send crypto. And if somebody send it, it was probably delivered. This company collapsed pretty quickly!
