I and others have been telling Russian haters like you this was the kind of corruption that has been going on in Ukraine for years and the whole basis of our involvement there and for the proxy war.

Ukraine has been the playpen of our political class and their rich donors. And, that is the only reason for the proxy war we're fighting there.

And, no, Russia isn't this corrupt. Putin cleaned up the corruption and that is why the average Russian's standard of living has increased dramatically during his tenure.
