I have always expressed support for a negotiated peace settlement so that all of the citizens can resume a normal life and stop suffering atrocities just because two big egos and their minions want to have a go at each other.

Ukraine never wanted to "have a go" at Russia. It just wants to be left alone.

If Ukrainians want to fight but aren't getting helped out with additionalilitary supplies, the only "negotiation" open to them is capitulation to Russia. You and others are okay with that, myself and some others are not.

Honestly confused here. I thought your point was that the Ukrainians should be left to win or lose on their own without any material assistance from us. And if that means they have to capitulate fully to the Russians, so be it.
