Nov. 1 (UPI) -- Russian airstrikes on Kyiv Tuesday have left Ukraine's capital city without water for about 40% of its residents as Moscow continues to batter the country's infrastructure.

The fact that all of this could have happened from the beginning goes right past them. Putin, to his own detriment went easy on them from the start because he wanted to finally force a negotiation. He was mistaken and now they have corrected that mistake.
In large part, yes, agreed.
Enjoy!
"Going easy from the start"
Meanwhile, Russia was (1) bombing shopping malls during peak hours, (2) bombing apartment buildings, (3) bombing schools and hospitals, all within the first couple of weeks of the war, while Russian soldiers were gang raping 4 year old girls to death and executing civilians on CCTV surveillance cameras for no reason.
This is what happens when you take Russian copium seriously.
As you guys are quick to point out, the Russians survived the siege of Leningrad for 700 days back in your Glorious Patriotic War (1941 Version.)
I am sure Kiev can do a few days without water.
The drama on these posts is amusing.
In Iraq, electricity and communications were the first to go.
Did not hear you crying when Ukraine was shelling, etc. the Russian speaking Ukrainians and the ethnic Russian Ukrainians in the Donbass regions since 2014.......
Yo Hypocrite, Kmart regularly has Blue Light Specials on Kleenex.
Get some?
Spoken like a meddling Neocon.
I don't cry about made up Russian BS, vatnik.
Again, objectivity in research would greatly help your cause instead continuing to spout the BS you do.
Seriously.
All that is just Daily Mail propaganda. You forgot to mention that the Ukes purposely camped out in shopping malls and civilian places just so they could pretend those places were targeted to kill civilians.
It is a war and shit happens.
Since I know you have difficulty reading, how about this?

Saddam deliberately sabotaged electrical infrastructure in Iraq during the invasion, which of course was blamed on the USA. Although it is true that the USA made selective targets of some infrastucture, with the idea of temporarily knocking them out. Where more serious strikes did occur, it occurred accidentally, not as official US war policy.
I remember the US denying this quite clearly, while media like WAPO wanted to pretend a long ongoing blackout in this or that Iraqi city was deliberate.
“not as official US war policy”
Source?
It mirrors the initial strikes in Serbia.
Take a look at the bios.
Just about every single one proclaims they are “christian” and reference the man upstairs in their bios.
Yet I would bet that NOT ONE, has donated to any christian organization for humanitarian help for the people of that region. NOT ONE.
I donated to Samaritans Purse a good sum and directed it directly for that region.
When mentioned on one post way back when this thing began, one of them sons a bitches told me that Samaritans Purse was a globalist organization and nefarious in its dealings.
These freaks are fake.
The reason they are on here is collectively, they intend on destroying the web site. You will note that donations to this site did NOT reach goals in several quarters. Used to be over in a matter of a few weeks, Now the fund drive goes on for the entire quarter.
Russia vs sort-of-Russia.
Don’t care.
Russia vs sort-of-Russia.
Don’t care.
Because they weren't. That's just another Russian talking point. If the Russians hadn't supplied artillery, ammunition, and troops to attack Ukraine in 2014 no shelling at all would have happened. OSCE reports show that almost every artillery shell fired by Ukrainian government troops was in response to Russian shelling.
Put the crack pipe down, kthx.

One of many.
Told you before about doing some objective research before spewing BS......
