Nov. 1 (UPI) -- Russian airstrikes on Kyiv Tuesday have left Ukraine's capital city without water for about 40% of its residents as Moscow continues to batter the country's infrastructure.

I thought The Ukraine, was winning the war?
In the propaganda world they are! In the real world another matter!🤔
It will add to the misery, but will just push peace further away, if that is even possible. And stoke a greater desire for revenge.
How is this possible? I thought Ukraine and the NATO grift had demolished Russia, no?
Only in the couple of early-morning FR posts that appear each and every day.
Mostly disinformation and propaganda.
I call on Joe Biden to immediately fly to Ukraine and demand a temporary ceasefire and that representatives from Ukraine and Russia meet immediately to hammer out a permanent cease fire and a lasting armistice for the children.
Have you chipped into your local ‘Save Ukraine’ fund yet so Ukraine can buy better air defense systems other than AK-47s and hunting rifles?
Just asking for a friend.
“But they don’t, so they’re targeting civilians.”
That’s sill girl talk.
Striking/disabling infrastructure is “winning 101”.
Ask ANY US General/Admiral.
Propaganda is so good these days.
Funny how they utterly fail to mention regular blackouts and diesel trains pulling electric train cars.....
In Iraq, no strikes were made on infrastructure for the sole purpose of terrorizing and killing civilians. Even in those instances where the strike and their military benefit was rather vague, it didn't matter since the US priority was to get humanitarian services back up after defeating the enemy as fast as possible.
Here, there is no military benefit whatsoever, and the purpose is to hopefully strike Ukraine hard and often enough that maybe they'll freeze to death in the winter.
Luckily, this is as impossible and stupid a goal as any. As long as Ukraine is supported by the West, repairs will always be made to their grid, as they were today after just a few short hours of downtime.
That’s crap. All “infrastructure” is not the same. In a military context, it generally refers to roads, bridges, and facilities that produce munitions/military supplies.
It certainly doesn’t refer to civilian water supplies, and we don’t deliberately target that stuff.
You're free to post articles (Telegram posts from random Russkie propagandists does not qualify) to explain to us the severity and frequency of these blackouts and how/why they're not being reported.
Be assured, ZelenskyyIdiot’s bunker basement green screen Bat Cave has electricity and heat........
Yes Vatnik, we should take you at your word, and whatever Communist magazine/youtube channel you're pimping for the week.
They didn’t target civilians. They strategically targeted the infrastructure. We do the same in a war. One way to fight the other guys military is to make it hard to replenish the opponents needs.
