I questioned this as soon as I heard it. Uou can’t be charged with Elder Abuse if you break into a house and hit the owner with a hammer. There needs to be a long term relationship mainly a relationship where one is caring for or in a dominant position to the elder. Was this guy working for Pelosi or servicing him im some other way!? Had he been to the house before?? Inquiring minds want to know.
Directing critical questions at democrats is hate. I advise Kelly to keep quiet and wait for the cover story to fully develop. That’s what someone who doesn’t want to get canceled would do.

There needs to be a relationship is my interpretation. A random criminal act, IMHO, would not qualify for elder abuse. Something is a little off with this charge.

If elder abuse is defined as assaulting someone over the age of 65 then I guess this qualifies. If it is defined as the abuse of a person with limited capacity for self defense based on their age and infirmity that is another matter.
