I questioned this as soon as I heard it. Uou can’t be charged with Elder Abuse if you break into a house and hit the owner with a hammer. There needs to be a long term relationship mainly a relationship where one is caring for or in a dominant position to the elder. Was this guy working for Pelosi or servicing him im some other way!? Had he been to the house before?? Inquiring minds want to know.
