It all has to do with how you view the world. Some people see the world as fair. That means that if something goes wrong it is because someone caused it. Those people must be punished.
Some people see that the world is not fair. While sometime it is caused by other people more often things just happen. So do your best to be happy anyway.

I read several years ago, that school killings - not all are with gund - on college level include a relatively high percentage forgeing or foreign born studens. And the non-white percentage is higher, but it didn’t mention sex.
Several people gently pointed out I should not use old statistics. They were right.

The “myth of the superfluous father” was an article or speech somebody gave. Not having one half of the male and female parents is so common today that the idea of the feminist, strong woman who can do anything has pushed the value of males to the trash heap. Children still are produced by the two sides and yearn for guidance and other factors from both.
Since the 1950s when my parents divorced, the research has gone from “two fighting parents hurts the children” to “keeping most parents together even when in dysfunction helps the children.”
And I was dismayed to hear in 2017 that divorced women like my late mother still say to the young sons “You’re just like your father.” (Said as if someone was the most loathesome creature they ever saw.) Sad.
