John Hinckley Jr., who attempted to kill President Ronald Reagan weeks after he took office in 1981, admitted in a recent interview that he is also responsible for the death of Press Secretary James Brady, who was also shot during the attempted assassination.
Hinckley was released after spending 41 years in custody. He sat down with Piers Morgan on "Piers Morgan Uncensored" for an interview slated to air Monday evening.
In a series of clips posted to social media, Morgan presses Hinckley on whether he killed Brady, who died decades after being shot.

This scum bag has been stealing oxygen for the past forty years at the taxpayers’ expense.
Any interviews etc... is just glorification of the heinous acts. Pierce Morgan (at el) should be ashamed of themselves. Interviews with murderers, serial murderers, mass murderers, Charles manson, are all lending a modicum of validation or notoriety for these abominations.
I thought Brady lived for quite a while before he died.
Was he charged with Brady’s murder? No statute of limitations on murder.
Brady lived another 33 years. while he may have attributed to his death, he didn’t actually kill him. It would have been better, for James Brady had he actually done so rather than live 33 years in the condition he was forced to live in die to John Hinckley’s actions. I thought he should have been given the death penalty, and still believe that was the just sentence for him.

Well, technically he didn’t murder anyone they died later from wounds sustained over a long period of time. They shouldn’t be out of jail but if there was a murder committed and you have photographic evidence, video evidence, eye witnesses of three or more... I don’t understand why we don’t march them out of the courtroom over to the gallows and finish the job.
Why are we giving this guy even the time of day? Oh yeah, ratings.
He should be in maximum security for the rest of his life, with no interviews or publicity.

IF Hinkley is nuts enough to think he actually KILLED Brady at that time, then he is too crazy to be out of a cell.

Brady did live for years as a wheelchair confined invalid. Hinckley shot him in the head.
The last public execution by hanging in Florida was in the early 1900’s right here in Okaloosa county on the courthouse lawn.. People came from miles around and brought their families and picnic lunches..............
Democrats today would cheer if someone had murdered or tried to murder Trump and the Deep State might even find some excuse, say by intentionally messing up some technicality, to let the assassin walk.

I just wanted you to know, after much prayer and thought, I have forgiven you for trying to kill me. I understand you were mental, and are getting better with therapy. I understand and hope you can be released soon. I may even make a recommendation for your release at your next hearing.
