Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s (D) lead over Republican Tudor Dixon in the state’s gubernatorial race has narrowed in a new poll.
The Cygnal poll, which was commissioned by The White Law Firm and the Michigan Association of Broadcasters, found Whitmer leading Dixon by 5 points, 49 to 44 percent.
Independents are evenly split between the candidates, with 43 percent supporting each.
Most polls have shown Whitmer with a larger lead, some by double digits, but a CBS News-YouGov poll from earlier this month found her lead to only be at 6 points.
FiveThirtyEight’s polling average has Whitmer leading Dixon by about 9 points

I don't know how anybody would vote for this scummy witch after in 2020 taping off certain items in Walmart and other stores.
BTW, what areas have to flip for Dixon to win in MI?

I’m guessing the Automation Alley counties, and Lansing. There are a lot of Trump flags and signs in yards here, but a lot more stuck on stupid.

Watching Gretchen Whitmer concede on election might be a pipe dream with all the cheating that is sure to take place but if it happens it would be incredibly sweet.

MI is much like WI in that you have a few urban hellholes dictating policy to the REST of the Deplorables in the entire state.
I hope we shed the two LOSER Governors running WI and MI in a few weeks. It’s looking good for both states. :)

This race is getting much tighter. Dixon wiped the floor with Whitmer at the debate last week and now the polling is reflecting this.
Dixon indeed does have a realistic chance of winning. Go Tudor!

Any area associated with Detroit politics, so most of the southern third of the mitten.
Where approximately 51% of the voters live.
