Three major American medical institutions wrote a letter to the Biden administration this week urging it to go after major figures online who are promoting content that exposes some of the radical gender surgeries that are being offered at some places across the country.
The American Medical Association, American Academy of Pediatrics, and Children’s Hospital Association all signed the letter to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, urging the administration to “investigate the organizations, individuals, and entities” that it claimed were “coordinating” and “provoking” outrage online directed at those providing the controversial services.
“From Boston to Akron to Nashville to Seattle, children’s hospitals, academic health systems, and physicians are being targeted and threatened for providing evidence-based health care,” the letter, obtained by the Manhattan Institute’s Christopher Rufo, stated. “These attacks have not only made it difficult and dangerous for institutions and practices to provide this care, they have also disrupted many other services to families seeking care.”
The letter claimed that medical personnel have faced “increased threats via social media” and that there was “elevated and justifiable fear among families, patients, and staff.”
“These coordinated attacks threaten federally protected rights to health care for patients and their families. The attacks are rooted in an intentional campaign of disinformation, where a few high-profile users on social media share false and misleading information targeting individual physicians and hospitals, resulting in a rapid escalation of threats, harassment, and disruption of care across multiple jurisdictions,” the letter continued. “Our organizations have called on technology companies to do more to prevent this practice on digital platforms, and we now urge your office to take swift action to investigate and prosecute all organizations, individuals, and entities responsible.”
The letter claimed that the “hospitals, staff, and their communities” have been “shaken” by outrage that has been generated as a result of them being put under the microscope.
“Providers of evidence-based gender-affirming health care and their colleagues are facing increased stress and fear on top of the conditions they have faced while working on the frontlines of a global pandemic for nearly three years,” the letter said. “Families seeking care at these institutions as well as our those providing their care fear for their personal safety in the wake of these attacks.”
I am sure Garland will comply. He branded parents as domestic terrorists for questioning matters at school board meetings and this is much more important to their agenda.

These major medical institutions should be summarily denuded of authority unless/until their statements and practices comport with due circumspection.
Investigate and prosecute for what? Just what country do these assholes think they are living in?

Yeah.
But here's the thing -- if we react, they will crackdown on the violent extremist domestic terrorists (us) and we might see martial law and blatant tyranny. We don't want that, so keep cool and we do not react.
And what happens? They move inch by inch, one provocation after another, and they slowly but surely move toward martial law and blatant tyranny.
It seems like it's just a question of Fast or Slow. If we push back, it goes fast, if we stay cool, we get there slowly. But we get there.

Gender conversion surgeries = big big bucks. Plus years of prescribing drugs. So the evil G-Doc gets paid all the time after the surgery. Same way actors get residuals from series and movies they starred in years ago.

If you stand and look at the landscape....this is stuff out of 1945 and Nazi-like medical behavior. If you had suggested four years ago that you’d (as a medical authority) approve chemical castration on 12-year old boys, no one would have believed you. Yet here we are.
On multiple shows, Dennis Prager has recently been all over this issue.
He’s correctly called out children’s hospitals that mutilate kids as evil.
Probably at the request of Garland but made to look like it’s coming from them. Just like he went after parents at school meetings.

Read the Letter. Not one name on the signature line. No apparent letterhead, no imprint of credibility. Nothing to support its assertions.
I think we’re being trolled by a hidden advocacy group. If genuine, let the President of the AMA, Susan Bailey, the President of The American Academy of Pediatrics, Thomas McInerny and the President of the Children’s Hospital Association, Kurt Newman put their names to this.

Obviously these doctors have been mentally conditioned, even brainwashed. Otherwise, they could not possibly believe children are sufficiently aware of the long-term effects of such.
What federal crime is committed by denouncing genital mutilation surgeries on children?
