Like those pipelines blew up by accident too.
I guess if Kim’s missile test got them rattled it’s plausible they were on alert and doing things they normally don’t do, but it just seems like stuffs gettin’ a little crazy lately.

If I remember correctly, a number of years ago North Korea lobbed a few artillery rounds at a South Korean Island.
Maybe this was North Korean artillery practice and a round went off in the wrong direction.

Early reports suggest it was caused by an accident. These days, I don’t presume anything is an accident until proved beyond the shadow of a doubt.
And even then, don’t believe anything until the government officially denies it.
