As if anyone has eyes on Russia other than China.
Putin has really screwed up on the real threat to his nation.
Another thing... The more that we show minimal responses to Russia in the face of physical aggression, the more likely that Russia will react with further physical aggression against us. That includes the use of nuclear weapons more than anything else.
They conquered countries, bullied the West with threats and threatening behavior and threw fits all through the Cold War. They’ll continue to do what they’re doing and worse, until they suffer an extremely large scale, shocking event themselves. As long as their philosophy and culture survives, ever more large numbers of people on the earth will suffer and die.
Under the incremental, compromising tactics of Democrats, the East will be consequentially sucked into a monstrous war with the West (as “progressives” have done in the past). If we follow what the Putinistas in the West—full blown fans and employees of foreign tyrants—want us to do, such supine behavior will suck Russia into the big war even sooner. Vast portions of the population will die.
I don’t know how anyone can back Russia using nukes, when
the Ukraine did not attack Russia. The Ukraine hasn’t
threatened to attack Russia, and isn’t preparing to do
that.
Russia doing it because it is failing to win the war easily,
is terribly wrong. I would think anyone could see that.
It’s shocking to me that some folks will swear they don’t.

Russia needs to learn the word “NO!”
I think its people are on board helping with that right

As Richard Pipes pointed out in his classic “Russia under the Old Regime”, the culture drives their aggressive expansionism. They are not the biggest Country on Earth by accident. For centuries, they averaged about fifty square miles of new territory per day.
It comes down to the present culture from the Mongols, transmitted to Russia during their two and a half centuries under the Tatar yoke.
