A 2019 Rand Corporation study commissioned by the US Army laid out exactly what the plan to undermine and weaken Russia through military support would be. The study suggested arming Ukraine, imposing sanctions on Russia, ramping up economic warfare, and taking a more aggressive and militaristic posture toward the United States international rival - all while warning this could lead to a military invasion of Ukraine.

When I was in Moscow, *multiple times over nearly a decade (under Clinton), and by order, US and NATO exchanged war plan’s with Russian CIS command war chiefs 🇷🇺🇨🇳

Not defining full scope here, but these plans included myriad war planning scenarios, and their possible exploitation from various locations, including possible attacks against US and US allies, including from previously friendly countries which had been taken over by new CCCP/CIS and CCP/NK proxies.

🇺🇸 So of course, ABSOLUTELY YES — Scenarios included reaction to Russian’s subordinate CIS Order of Battle and likely operations from potential marshalling from invaded proxies such as Canada, Ukraine, the Balkins, Syria, Libya, Iran, etc, etc, etc... AND THANKFULLY I GUESS, MORE !!!/s

Over the years, (MULTIPLE TIMES), there were even groups of US and NATO officers which would meet with Russian officers (well known/studied and openly communist and antagonistic toward US, EU, and Israel), to 2000, who were in command authority over the combined forces of Russia’s subordinate CIS (which at the time included >Ukraine<), to “openly” discuss both CIS and US/NATO exchanged documents.

((Clinton would twice attempt to coax Russian Federation membership to NATO, but was turned down under Yeltsin [who was a true pupprt] the first time, as RusFed wouldn’t join unless given position of permanent control over NATO.

It was a joke, but blatantly revealed the yet survived goal of the necessarily transformed CCCP to CIS of ascendancy over European politics, economy, and foreign policy. While I hated who and what Clinton really was [ideologically a seditious and treasonous social and economic Marxist globalist, who justifiably should have been hanged or shot], we believe Clinton was significantly taken back on multiple occasions, by how he was rebuffed by the global leftist he sought to assist in keeping power behind the scenes in Moscow and within the very active Communist Internationale, which was simultaneously behind Gorbachev’s then bery string efforts through Green Cross to blueprint all the “climate accords” and UN-A21 and UN-A30))

We even had Russian/CIS war planning CDR’s regularly visiting and meeting US and NATO war planners at foreign bases and agencies from Germany, Belgium, Britain, France, Italy, Canada and others, as well as at military bases across the US, where we would always give tours, normally in advance of the war planners get together’s ordered by Clinton and his very carefully chosen staff.

All through this time, the US and NATO only ever met in Moscow at the same Russian/CIS location. So in a nutshell, closed to the US. Didn’t matter if taking place under Yeltsin or Putin.

At the end of the day however, the US DoD/Pentagon and NATO had for decades been deeply penetrated, so Russian CDR’s already knew what we shared with them, which was confirmed over and over. It was a joke from that stand point.

What we see today on FR is a generatiinal wave of younger people who are literally illiterate and clueless as to the contextual past, and have no real baseline or context to form realistic conclusions. As such, they are truly nothing more than pawns with good intentions, and hopefully a desire for truth and justice. 🇺🇸🇮🇱🎚
