The overarching principle of the US Constitution is that All people are born with natural rights, not just US Citizens, but all people no matter where they are born and live.

We have immigration laws. I guess Ellis Island was a mistake to you.

No, rounding them up and sending them back is perfectly legal. Their rights do not include the right to be here.

Spies on U.S. soil get trials. During WWII Germans landed spies/saboteurs, they were caught, tried by a military court and several were executed although by long tradition, spies out of uniform can be executed.

A invading foreign military force would be treated as enemy combatants, likely not enjoying Constitutional rights. After WWII we did return enemy POWs to Italy, Germany & Japan.

Unfortunately, looks like this is going to be a surprise to many FR people, but there are thousands of law firms across the US which exist primarily for the purpose of “IMMIGRATION LAW”, and thousands of other law firms which have specialized integrated “IMMIGRATION Law Teams” — and much of what these do is represent illegals.

Some of the larger ones are very much tied directly into both state and federal Congressional and Senate offices.

To publically reveal an “adolescent redneck” default level of ignorance regarding this isn’t a good look.

It would be one thing to say they shouldn’t have the rights and privileges of US Citizens — it is another for a dozen FR’s to say these illegals cannot do this.

Of course they can, and they are.

In this case, it is from the start, a very high profile case, with high profile attorneys, leftist politicians, leftist elites, and leftist mass media all teamed up to prosecute conservatives.

The right in America is simply not allowed to do the same things as the left, even if it doesn’t break regulation and law. 🇺🇸

I don’t want to find out what full on permanent Democrat/fascist one party rule is like either. But those may be the only two options left to us within a couple short years.

Those lizard-like lawyers will probably soon be asking the illegals if they ever passed through Camp Lejeune in their many travels.

Every true Dem believes that Communist Emma Lazarus’ poem on the Statue of Liberty supersedes the Constitution and any law passed by Congress.

What about a spy we catch on US soil? Or a foreign terrorist? Do they have citizen's rights too? If a foreign force invades with weapons, do we need to treat them as citizens?

I've been saying this for years.

Liberals have said that the Constitutional definition of "invasion" in Article I Section 10 and Article IV Section 4 does not include massive swarms of migrant workers crossing the border, but was intended to mean uniformed foreign military armed with weapons of war.

To that, I say have you never heard of irregular forces? Have you never heard of sabateurs?

What would one call it if a band of civilian-dressed people snuck across the border and put poison in the water supply of a nearby city, or detonated a dirty bomb that radiated a downtown that exposed thousands of people?

So why are we ignoring the cartels who first enabled the swarms of people crossing the border, and then are using the chaos of the border to sneak their fentanyl that looks like candy into our cities to kill our children?

It used to be that the drug cartels wanted people to get hooked on drugs in order to create a repeat customer who would then buy more drugs. However, this fentanyl epidemic is a "one and dead" drug, which belies the notion that they are looking to grow cash flow. The dead are not repeat buyers.

So what's the goal, if it is not to grow their market? Is their goal to kill the next generation of Americans? If so, then how can we not call what's happening at the border an invasion of irregular forces intended to kill Americans in an ongoing war of attrition?

We used to call them irregular forces. Ununiformed military-aged males caught with deadly implements.

Well, illegals do have rights under our constitution, but those rights aren’t absolute. I think the left will fight hard for this one.

There are no protections for uninformed combatants.

They can be summarily executed.
