A non-citizen green card-holder in Manhattan may have been illegally voting in city elections for the past 13 years — possibly one of “thousands” of similarly bogus voters, a city Board of Elections whistleblower told The Post.
Abdul Rahman Kargbo, 63, first registered to vote in November 2005. according to records from the New York City Board of Elections. He enrolled in the Democratic Party and voted in nine general and primary elections between 2008 and 2021, the records show.
Federal law prohibits non-citizens from voting. “Non-citizens, including permanent legal residents, cannot vote in federal, state, and most local elections,” according to USA.gov, an official government web portal.
A copy of Kargbo’s original voter registration form obtained by The Post shows he clearly and honestly marked that he was not a US citizen, yet the clueless agency registered him anyway.
“Just incompetence,” said the city Board of Elections staffer who pulled Kargbo’s voter files for The Post, adding that he’s “seen it before.” Reps for the city Board of Elections told The Post that responsibility for verifying voter information fell to the state Board of Elections.
But the state Board of Elections shrugged off the mistake, instead blaming the lack of vetting laws.
“There were no procedures in state Election Law in 2005 to verify citizenship and that remains true today. We have no way to verify citizenship status. There is no publicly accessible database from the federal government for states to verify the citizenship of voters,” said John Conklin, a spokesman for the state Board of Elections.

They will all be “voting” in November, even the ones who don’t register or cast a ballot, just like dead people voting Democrat.
Someone would have noticed if they hadn’t been spending all their time stealing elections.

Under the current regime, if they all voted for Republicans the border would be closed and these illegals would be packed up and sent back to where they came from.
Real world experience is that illegals do not vote. Typically the DMV mindlessly registers them to vote in both R and D states. That’s the bureaucracy. No intentional plan. It has been going on since the start of motor voter and illegals being able to get drivers licenses.
But the illegals do not vote. Ballot harvesters (or precinct camptain, or pick your name for the over-enthusiastic election worker) votes on behalf of the illegal alien.
Don’t blame the illegal alien for our mess. He did not create it.

Sad that he cannot vote again. Nonetheless, impressive that he had such a strong commitment to the Democratic Party - maybe they will hold an annual Abdul Rahman Kargbo Dinner in his honor. A little BBQ, some door prizes and a stem-winder from the local party chief. Would be nice.

Liars! The dude actually honestly checked the box that said he was not a citizen of the U.S. They registered him anyways. There is nothing to check.
Pakistan and Sierra Leone have better ways to check citizenship for their elections than NY does.
