May 2021 property records reveal that Pence, 62, bought a seven-bedroom, 7½-bathroom house in the upscale location of Carmel — known as the luxury pinnacle in his state of Indiana. And it appears he offered more than the asking price, as it was initially listed for $1.8 million.

The home was first listed on April 1 and the former VP placed an offer a week later. The sale closed on May 25. Spanning a massive 10,300 square feet, the estate sits on five acres of land and comes with all the amenities your heart desires.

And according to Forbes, he didn't have much have much of a financial worth before he left the Trump administration ...

I’ve lately heard that book deals are just the politician’s way of accepting bribes and laundering the money, so I’m guessing he’s declaring himself open to be approached. If someone “buys” 50k copies and then suggests Pence run for office again, he’ll understand that he’s got a sponsor to gratify.

Pence needs to go back to being a radio host. That’s where he spent much of his career.

He’s the Ned Flanders of politics. He could not get the women votes. I work with a lot of women and somehow we’re able to have a professional lunch together and it’s pretty clear we’re not in any type of sexual relationship. I treat them with respect. To treat them differently in business from a man wouldn’t be fair to their careers. There are places I won’t go with a woman but there are places I won’t go with men either — strip clubs, etc. There’s no need for Pence’s silly rule. It’s about using good judgement.

I can understand why people like Billy Graham wouldn’t get in a hotel elevator alone with a woman but our boy Pence ain’t Billy Graham.
